UNBELIEVABLE 4 BR / 5 BATH PRIVATE BEACH HOUSE!! GREAT FOR LARGE GROUPS!

We just returned from this beautiful place. Best vacation ever with my entire family to celebrate my 60th birthday. There were ten of us including our four and seven year old grandchildren. It was perfect, every room has an incredible view and afforded everyone privacy if wanted. The beach was right there and we spent everyday doing different activities in the water. To wake up after a great nights sleep with the sounds of the ocean, all I can say is wow! To sit with your morning coffee watching whales breach and turtles swimming by, doesn't get much better then that! It was perfect for the small kids, we had no issues at all with beach access, hold their hand up and down the stairs, very easy. The pool/hot tub was the kids favorite. I would recommend this place highly! Perfectly maintained and management and maintenance people were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would recommend is buying a bag of plastic drinking glasses, the house glasses were glass and quite heavy. The photos on this site are great but when you arrive it's even more amazing then the photos! We absolutely loved every minute of our stay! If you are looking for a group of 8-12 this is it, worth every penny! Mahalo!

Just (reluctantly) returned home from a nine night stay at the Maui Beach House. It was amazing. All ten of us agree that it was the best place we've ever stayed. It was more than we were expecting. The pictures and video do NOT do it justice.

From the second the gate opened, to a perfect view of the ocean, Molokai, the hammock, and the palm trees, we were all in awe. The beach was RIGHT there. Down the steps and you're on it. The over-sized spa/small pool were perfect for day or night. The lawn and gardens were lush and well-kept. The lawn furniture was comfortable and relaxing. We had a 2 and 4 year old with us and the the beach and ocean-front "problems" that others commented on, were a non-issue. You just have to be vigilant.

Then we got to the house itself. It was perfect. The open-air sitting and grilling area was fantastic! If we were home and we weren't asleep, we were in there. We watched sea turtles, divers, surfers, etc...all from the house. We used the tiki torches and gas grill every night. We slept with the shutter doors open every night and never had a problem or an unwelcomed visitor. We even left the house open during a tsunami evacuation and nothing was disturbed. We all felt very safe and comfortable.

The bedrooms in the house are separate enough that we didn't feel crammed and we had our own space. We had a family reunion and arrived with my 80+ year old grandparents. There's a bedroom on the ground floor, so they never had to climb up stairs. There were more than enough bathrooms and showers that there was never a backup or a wait. The kitchen has all the appliances that we needed, even an espresso maker. The owners were smart and left the directions next to it. I used it every morning.

The house was very clean and in great condition. The grounds are manicured twice a week, and it shows. Steve, the manager, is a hero. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, comfortable, and satisfied.

There are grocery stores about a mile away in each direction. The house is close to Napili & Kapalua Beach. There are restaurants and a general store within walking distance. The Maui Bus stop is right near the house so you could make your way to/from Kahului airport for $4. There are too many things to see and do on the island so I wouldn't recommend NOT renting a car. But, you could make it work.

I would more than recommend staying here, I encourage it. You will really feel like you're in paradise.

My family and I came from all over the country to stay at this house for a week before I was married in the backyard. Let me begin by saying the photos don't do the home justice. When you arrive you are blown away by the beautiful grounds that surround the breathtaking view of the ocean. The house is a great mix of modern amenities (iPod player, top notch built-in BBQ, espresso machine) and old Hawaii style & decor. The things we enjoyed the most were the full wall shutters that slide open to reveal a "can't get closer than that" view of the beautiful bay with Molokai in the background, the pool that doubles as a hot tub, the relaxing hammock beneath the palm trees, and the tiki torches that were the perfect touch to every evening. The house provided plenty of space for our party of 9 and having the two sets of washers and dryers was very convenient.

As if that wasn't enough, the property management, Maui Lodging Properties LLC, was beyond responsive to any request or concern we had. Jennifer from Maui Lodging went above and beyond from the minute we arrived to even after we left. She made sure everything with the house was perfect for the wedding. From having the grounds maintained the day before the wedding to personally making sure the sprinklers were turned off for the big day, I can't say enough positive things about Jennifer and this beautiful, one of a kind home. We are already planning our return! :)
