4 Bedrooms + Loft, 3 Baths (Sleeps 8-10)

This Luxury Penthouse Suite Condo unit is located at the 8 mile marker of the Big Niangua arm of the Lake of the Ozarks. We are just 4 miles outside of Camdenton on Lake Road 54-82 with all asphalt roads right to the door of the unit. The water is calm and ideal for enjoying boating, skiing, jet skis, fishing, or just enjoying a beautiful view of the lake from inside the condo or out on the large deck.

The unit is almost 2100 sq. feet and is beautifully furnished yet user friendly with a large fully equipped kitchen. The kitchens wrap around bar comfortably seats 8 and 4 more at the table just off the kitchen provides a lot of sit down eating area. Not enough ? We have the portable TV tables too.

Why the Owner Chose Camdenton: Linda and I just recently purchased this condo. Over the years we have stayed at many different condos and resorts at Lake of the Ozarks. We always kept coming back to this area of the lake and especially the Clearwater Condo Complex. The people here, the location on the lake, the quality big spacious units, and all the close amenities just kept us coming back. We are making a lot of changes to the unit so watch for new pictures and information to be uploaded soon. We also want to encourage you to e-mail or call us with any questions, suggestions or requests you may have. We will do our best to make you also feel like this is your favorite place to stay at Lake of the Ozarks.

We are just 2 miles off of Hwy 54 with good hard surface roads to the unit. Go for walks, ride bikes, enjoy a very quiet peaceful enviorment. It is hilly so be ready for some exercise. The pools, boat docks, fishing or just walking are all on the lower level with no stairs. The only stairs in the complex are just up and down to the unit its self and this is very rare in the lake area.

We are close to one of the biggest outlet malls in the country in Osage Beach which has stores the likes of Bose, Coach, Sketchers and Croc's. Movie Theatre's, Big Surf water park, Go-carts, lazer tag, miniature golf, fun parks and more are all nearby. More eating establishments and fine restaurants than you can count. The nightlife can be enjoyed at many clubs throughout the area and there is a large variety of churches very close to the complex too. Just a short drive to the north and Boonville, MO has a casino, antique shops, a rich river town history, the Katy Trail, wineries and more. Springfield, MO is just a little over an hour south and is a big enough city to offer just about anything you want. Continue on about 30 minutes south to the famous Branson, MO. with more live shows, celebrities, entertainment, activities, & fun than one can see in a month. Close by is Silver Dollar City amusement & craft park. Like caves ? There are several to see all over the Ozark area. Come & see

  • There are two master suites that both have private baths, king size beds, & flat screen TV 's. The master suite on the main level has its own private slider which opens up on to the spacious deck. The other two bedrooms on the main level share the use of the common bathroom. One of the two bedrooms has direct access to the bathroom via a pocket door. This bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds and is very close to the common use bathroom.

Notes: The living room and loft area look out upon a full wall of windows to a lake view that is spectacular day or night. In the loft we have created a special reading and relaxing area that looks out over the lake. The deck is also a wonderful place to relax and drink your morning coffee or have your favorite adult beverage at night. Clearwater Condos is a family friendly complex with quiet hours from 11pm to 7am. We request that you respect your fellow Vacationers and abide by these rules. We also ask you to please not smoke in the unit or bring pets. Treat our home like it is yours for family gatherings or quiet peaceful get-aways, or rekindle that special romantic moment. Great Condo, it was everything stated in the description. If you have someone that's elderly or handicapped, I would not recommend it due to the flights of stairs to get to the unit. There was 1 person in our party who had an oxygen tank. It was hard for them going up & down the flights of stairs, even though they were short, if you have a problem with breathing it can be very difficult. That being said we had a great time, the condo is very well maintained, and very clean, a very nice & quiet area. We will return.....

Owner's Response: We want to thank our guest for another 5 star review. There is just one and a half of a flight of stairs to get from the parking lot to the condo which is minimal compared to most especially for the view you get from the 4th floor condo. It is 4 flights of stairs down to the swimming pools and boat docks but once down everything is very close and on level ground. We do have other condos at the same complex that is on the ground floor that will be listed on VRBO soon.

Owner's Response: Old Kinderhook and Lake Valley are just minutes from this condo but there are also a number of other courses just within a short drive.

Four high school friends gathered at Clearwater Condo for a week of fun and reminiscing. The facilities were perfect. Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Our every need was anticipated and fulfilled. A well-equipped kitchen made meal-making fun. Fluffy towels, comfortable beds with nice linens and a well-stocked laundry room made it feel like a 5-star hotel. Bathroom soaps and shampoos, movies, books, coffee, tea, Scentsy dispensers were unexpected pleasantries that added to the experience. I would definitely recommend a stay. In fact, I already have!

The unit met all of our expectations as advertised. Evenings out on the deck were a bit like being in a fish bowl but that is the nature of the complex - not the unit.
Owner's Response: Not quite sure what the reference to " evenings out on the deck felt like being in a fish bowl " meant other than it was a very hot humid summer and we do get the western afternoon sun on this deck. As you can tell from most all of our other reviews we usually get 5 star ratings and nothing but compliments so please come and be our guests and see for your self.
