The Space:

Starting from October and extending to June of 2024, the property owners will be staying in their suite, which has its own private entrance and bathroom. For the assurance of our guests, it's important to clarify that our property has a locked door near the kitchen that leads to the owner's suite. This door, equipped with a deadbolt, has never been used by us in the past and remains locked to ensure your privacy. They will not be accessing the main property's kitchen or any shared spaces. However, the only shared facility will be the parking area, and the owners are more than willing to adjust their parking for our guests' convenience. Your comfort is our top priority, and we are always available for any questions or clarifications.
▶ PARKING: Free space for 1 car upfront.
1. Additional Parking on Napoli Drive will cost $10.00 per vehicle, per day. This fee applies to all vehicles using parking spaces on Napoli Drive.
▶ Regal Palms Resort charges a $20.00/day (+ tax) fee per house for amenity access. This fee isn't included in our quoted rental rates and is payable upon arrival. Entry to the subdivision and house is denied unless this fee is settled.
