This place is a joke

My first impression was "are you serious?" That thought never quite left me during the whole week. From the filthy rugs to the putrid odor, the place was just a mess. The property owners are shameless profiteers looking to squeeze every Canadian penny out of their investment. No support whatsoever during our stay from their end. The property would be adequate for, say, a bunch of stoner college students but for the prices we paid, it was laughably inadequate. The sheets were so dirty we wouldn't have thought of sleeping on them. The backyard was completely unmaintained. It is located on a busy thoroughfare that serves primarily as the exit ramp for the Jaques Cartier bridge.The furniture would have been tossed to the curb at any respectable frat house.
The living room light burned out on day one, so we changed it, only to be charged with "dismantling light fixtures." At least the neighbors told us the garbage collection schedule--"Above technologies" left inaccurate instructions.

Beware! This transpired as a clear bait and switch. We reserved a different property in the real Plateau neighborhood for $$$$ and, lo and behold, that property was rendered uninhabitable by flooding perilously close to the date of arrival. The brazen scammers then proposed the Laurimier property as an alternative FOR THE SAME PRICE.

If you want a crash pad for your crew of college students, this may be OK (for half the price). If you are a real person--avoid this place and, most of all, these people!! They will shamelessly gouge you for every cent!

We had no Christopher M. staying in our property in the entire 2014-2015 season, and it would be good if you could disclose the identity of the person who actually stayed and dealt with us, if any.
It seems that you are unhappy with this place because you initially wanted another property and were charged a penalty for breaking a light fixture during your stay at this location. Without knowing who you are and when you stayed, it's impossible for us to comment on this situation. Simply we don't recognize either you or the described situation.

Nice stay in Montréal Qc !

We enjoyed our stay in Montréal Qc. We liked the very large bedrooms, the charm of an authentic house and the great quietness. We did shopping on sainte Catherine street closeby. We explored the City using the metro also closeby. Checking in and out anytime was very easy and convenient. Thanks!

Spacious, beautiful, new and good location!

Me and my friends stayed at this property for the long Labour Day weekend. The place was spacious enough to fit twelve people. It was just renovated with new furniture and appliances. We enjoyed the beautiful inside and outisde of this typical Plateau townhouse. Location was good with small park in front and Parc Lafontaine within walking distance. Shopping and entertainement just one block away. We will stay again and recommend to others.
