Take a step back in time!! Our newly renovated cottage is situated in the very quaint, historical village of Thousand Island Park. Enjoy all the amenities of home. Delight in the view of the beautiful St. Lawrence River, while keeping an eye on the children at the park......all from the relaxing front porch. The park is a paradise for kids!!! Within a very short walk, they will enjoy swimming, fishing, boating, ice cream, candy, hiking, biking and plenty more. Amble up and down the streets and view some of the charming architecture, making sure to stop for dinner at the Wellesley Hotel restaurant and pub.

Why The Owner chose Thousand Island Park

As a child, my family vacationed in the 1000 Islands region. When I was about 13 or 14, my parents bought a cottage in Thousand Island Park. My siblings and I LOVED it. My wife and I decided that we wanted our kids to be able to enjoy this place as much as I did.....so we purchased this cottage.

What makes this cottage unique

My family enjoys the water. Not only do we enjoy being in it and on it, but we love to look at it. This cottage affords you the ability to do all of them. We spend most of our days boating, fishing, and swimming. If the kids aren't doing that, they are up at the playground with all of the other kids from the Park. At night, we often enjoy the outdoor movie theater. The kids get a charge out of that

Everything within walking distance. Special events held in the gazebo on the public green, ice cream parlor/arcade. Playground within view of our cottage. Story hours at the library. Supervised sporting activities for kids. Nightly outdoor movies. Shops and boutiques. Post office. Grocery store. Wellesley Island Hotel restaurant. Great place for guests of all ages.

Rental Rates for this vacation cottage rental in Thousand Island Park, New York

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • $2000.00/wk
  • U.S. Dollars
  • $2000 /wk (last week of June until after Labor Day)
  • $1500 /wk (mid May - 3rd wk of June & after Labor Day)
  • Rentals are from Sunday to Sunday.
  • $300 security deposit (refundable)
  • Additional fee of $150 will need to be paid to owner to cover TIP Corp fees

  • $225 per night ($675 minimum) Spring and Fall if schedule allows.
