This prestigious Southside address features tremendous curb appeal, a circular driveway, optional covered RV/boat space (gated) for your toys, a refreshing spa and a large backyard (soon to have a splash pool). There is even a professional sized horseshoe throwing pit to enjoy at your heart's desire. Inside there is a cozy fireplace and 61' Sony Projection TV with Prologic and surround sound, AM/FM, a cassette deck, VCR and DVD!

Large master suite, plus three other bedrooms (one is smaller and technically not a bedroom...has a bed, chair, lamp in it)...plus convertible den that closes off for privacy with a queen sleeper sofa. Tile throughout, this home boasts a stairway to the Heavens skydeck complete with patio and chairs to view the lake, the land and the totally surrounding mountain ranges! The master has a lot of space, an extra-large 2 person shower and of course a walk-in closet...walk outside to your private (and large) spa.

Some things to know...: Kitchen is the perfect size, bright and cheery with a dishwasher, breakfast bar and all the necessary small appliances, utensils and what-nots that you need. You will love this home and this area...quiet part of town.

Lake Havasu City, Arizona, USA is a very unique area that offers a 23 mile long lake with great fishing, swimming and boating...it is so clean that California gets its drinking water from it. To boot, they brought in THE ACTUAL London Bridge (yes, the one we used to sing about!).

Also, some of the most spectacular scenery in the world is located 'down lake' from us a few miles...past the Parker Dam,the twisting and turning of the mighty Colorado River has etched its way into the land, creating some unbelievably beautiful canyons and high mountain backdrops, as it meanders along golf courses, camp sites, quaint marinas and happy vacationers en route.

Vegas is 2 1/2 hours Northwest. The Colorado River town of Laughlin is only about 1 hour Northwest. The Parker Strip along the Colorado...past the lake and the Bill Williams River Reserve...begins about 25 minutes South of Lake Havasu City
