This is a 2 bedroom/2 bath NON-SMOKING unit.

No check-in or check-out necessary! New Resort Lock system allows everyone in your party entry without the hassle of keeping up with multiple keys or check-in/check-out lines!

This professionally decorated unit comes with 2 cushioned wooden lounge chairs and umbrella, reserved just for you directly on the beach!! All this is FREE - a $30 value/day! Available Mar 1st-Nov 1st.

We have some of the best views of the Gulf and all the comforts of home! The unit consists of two bedrooms and two baths. The large master bedroom provides wonderful views of the Gulf with balcony access letting you enjoy the sunsets and the ocean breeze. Enjoy the large LCD Flat Screen with DVD player in the master. The large master bath offers double vanities and a large garden tub with shower.

The condo also has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, large brand new 42' Plasma Flat Screen in the living room with DVD player and stereo with CD player. The master bedroom and comfortable 2nd bedroom also have their own LCD Flat Screen as well. We’ve also included board games and magazines for more leisure activity.

Mom and Dad will love our unit, too and not just because the kids are having a blast. There is an adult only swimming pool and Jacuzzi with a bird’s eye view of the kids play area, a state of the art fitness facility overlooking the pool and lazy river, a poolside Bar & Grill, High Speed Wi-Fi access and onsite Beach apparel and Surf shop.

Not to mention a fantastic Front Beach Road location with easy access to the new Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport(ECP) - just 15 miles away, Pier Park shopping, movies and restaurants (approx. 2 miles away) and quick access to the shops and restaurants of Hwy. 30-A's Rosemary and Seacrest Beaches (approx. 7 miles away).

Wonderful long weekend at the beach!

We stayed a couple weeks ago and LOVED everything about the condo and our vacation! The condo is very nice and nicely furnished. We were very comfortable and we hope to stay again in the future! This will be our first choice when we come back down to the Panama City area. Our boys loved the pools and the water park-like features. The water was calm and beautiful and we found some nice shells. Overall perfect weekend at the beach! Wish it had been longer! The owner was very helpful and responded to emails quickly. We appreciate her letting us use the condo and hope to contact her soon about another stay :) Thank you!!! Oh and we took a trip over to Shell Island on the Capt. Anderson III and saw dolphins up close. Highly recommend them for a family/child-friendly activity.

We had a great time, had a couple issues with pools not being open and tiki bar only on weekends, but nothing that was the owners fault. They were great to work with and communication was excellent. Beautiful views and the kids loved the pool areas. We would come again.

Two of the five pool areas were down for seasonal maintenance, and it took a few days longer than expected to finish. They did have everything up midway through your stay. The heated pools and water park were always up.
I apologize for the confusion about the Bar & Grill hours. They will be open every day during summer. I agree that during spring break timeframe it should be open everyday. I have forwarded my request onto the owner's association.

Great Time!

Very nice condo, exactly as pictured. The owner, Denise was a pleasure to work with and made everything very easy. Loved the keyless keypad entry. Incredible view of the beach & balcony was very large. Our children loved the water play area. Enjoyed the included beach service, but was surprised by how close together the lounge chairs were. My only complaint was with the beach service for setting up chairs at the waters edge in front of the lounge chairs, thus obstructing our view of our children playing in the water. We would revisit Splash again and stay in this condo!
