We totally enjoyed our stay in this Townhome. We found everything we needed to be comfortable and felt at home. Very clean, neat and tidy. The pictures are true and exactly how you'll find this home. Very well taken care of. Great location. Loved the garage when it was snowing outside, allowing easy access to the home with groceries. I'll stay here again.

We recently spent a week in this very lovely, but practical condo. It was truly home away from home. The neighborhood is upscale, and close to nice shopping and restaurants. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. We will definitely stay here again.

NICE PLACE TO STAY IN COLORADO SPRINGS

We stayed here for 3 nights and found it very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in seeing the sights in Colorado Springs. This condo is in a residential neighborhood which is very clean and quiet. There is a nice small park just down the street with swings that our kids really liked. The condo is nicely decorated and feels like your own home.

GREAT STAY IN COLORADO SPRINGS

The town house was very spacious and comfortable. The location was extremely convenient for us since we were there for granddaughter's high school graduation at Liberty High School. The graduation celebration was held at the Air Force Academy which was so close.

The town house was exactly as described and we enjoyed coming back to it after each day of hectic activities. The property was clean, well-maintained and well-equipped. The on-site manager was helpful in making suggestions and answering questions. We had no concerns at all.

We would definitely recommend this property to others and we will rent it again when we return for football season. Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and the Royal Gorge are some of the sights we saw. We drove to Boulder to see the campus where granddaughter will be attending. We took the granddaughters to the Cottonwood Pool which has a wave pool, lazy river and water slide. They loved it!! Many nice restaurants close to the house and great walking paths!! Thanks for a perfect week in the Springs!!

TWO MONTHS NEAR OUR GRANDCHILDREN

We were in the Springs to be near our grandchildren. We live in Oregon and even though we visit CS at least four times a year, the past two months have been a wonderful experience.

This townhouse was everything advertised and more. We have stayed in rental properties around the world and have never stayed in one so well equiped. Nothing has been overlooked by the owner.

This is the first time we have spent so much time in a short term rental property. Two months may seem like a long time but we felt right at home.

The townhouse is in excellent condition and the customer service was superb. One big advantage is that the property manager lives in the same neighborhood and is very responsive.

The location is very convenient to shopping, groceries, exercise gym's, restaurants, and the big one for us.....Starbucks.

We would certainly recommend the property to our friends and relatives and we plan to stay there again on our next visit.
