This is a newly renovated house with all new appliances, all new beds, mattresses and furniture. Total interior just painted recently.

Two blocks from beach & boardwalk and located between Wonderland Pier & Castaway Cove. Two blocks from downtown shopping Asbury Ave. district.

The Ocean City Boardwalk was named one of the top six boardwalks in the United States by the 'Travel Channel.' The resort was the only one in New Jersey that made the list.

'Ocean City's 2.5 mile promenade wins our hearts with its family-oriented attractions,' the Travel Channel reported. 'We appreciate its family-oriented water park, mini-golf and kiddie rides, plus its Family Nights with free concerts, dancing and roving magicians.'

The Travel Channel also awarded Ocean City 'New Jersey's Most Popular Beach.'

Our family has been vacationing in Ocean City for 35 years. Ocean City is a wonderful place for the entire family to enjoy the beach the boardwalk and the ocean. We spend the day with our family sitting on the beach and watching the children enjoy the ocean. During the evening, there are many activities on the boardwalk including amusement rides, miniture golf, restaurants and more.

What makes this house unique

Relax on our sunny deck on our new patio furniture. It is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Enjoy breakfeast or Lunch at the near by infamous Varsity Inn on 8th. street.

The best vacation home ever! The place exceeded my expectations. Loved everything about it from the location, to the comfort of the home, the views, etc. We had our best vacation in OCNJ!
