About Brenda DiBenedetto
We are from Coatesville, PA and have been traveling to the Outer Banks for 15 years. Our friend first built a house in Corolla 1995. We stayed there and would take day trips to the Carova Beach area. That is when we decided that we wanted to be there permanently. We were lucky enough to be able to build our first house in 2003 and then to be able to build our 2nd home on the canal in 2011.
Brenda DiBenedetto purchased this cottage in 2010
Why Brenda DiBenedetto chose Carova
If you want more to do at the beach then just go to the beach a canal front home is for you. You can fish/crab/kayak from your back yard. This home has a large ground floor decking to enjoy the canal
Guestbook comments from the owner
Weather a couple of windy days, but we got lucky with a warm up in the weather. Being technically fall now, we were worried we wouldn't have any bathing suit weather, but we did & our skin is paying for it :). We brought a little jon boat and 2 kayaks, 1 of which was brand new and of course that was the one a horse decided to walk on, but the one scuff it left will always remind us of the amazing week we had :) We did a little bit of everything and enjoyed every second of it! I cannot say enough good things about the house! We were beyond impressed with this place. The house has such character and with all the creative touches we felt at home! If I had to make any recommendations for future guests it would be to keep in mind that the horses will walk (& poop) anywhere so be mindful with leaving items outside (especially at the dock at right) 1 horse even stepped on the crab pot when it was in the water and 1 stepped on the kayak paddle and broke the end, do yeah just keep that in mind. We are about 1 hour now from making our departure, unfortunately but we will be back, We are even thinking about buying a house here we LOVE it so much but til then we will most definitely stay here again :)
