Just minutes to quaint village of Northville - shopping, farmers market, eateries. So much to do locally - golf, river tubing, hiking, biking, antiquing, mini-golf, etc, 45 minutes to Saratoga Springs, one hr to Lake George. Or just stay on property and enjoy all the lake has to offer - boat/jet ski rentals, fishing. Use our canoe or kayaks for a scenic ride on the lake. Winter activities, - xc skiing, ice skating, ice fishing, snowmobiling, three ski resorts 30-45 minutes away - Royal, Oak and Gore Mtns. NO PETS NO SMOKING

Our private beach area has a gradual slope and the water is quite shallow - perfect for young kids. Lifejackets and beach toys provided. We have a dock in place as well as a mooring. Due to the fluctuating water level it is best to use mooring for securing your boat.

Perfect family vacation, something for everyone!

Our family had been planning to rent a house on Sacandaga Lake to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday in September. When we found this home, we thought it would be perfect for us and it more than lived up to our expectations!! The home was comfortable and cozy and easily fit our family of 12 ranging in ages from 7months to 66 years old. There was something for everyone! Tons of games, puzzles, movies, etc for the kids...plus they thoroughly enjoyed the swingset. The adults were able to lounge outside on the patio, deck or screened in porch with a good book, conversation and enjoy the magnificent view of the lake (btw - the sunset is gorgeous!). I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We look forward to spending another week there next year!!!

Perfect family vacation!

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful house on Great Sacandaga lake. The layout was very open which made it perfect for our large group to hang out and interact with each other. The house had everything we needed...baby items, toys, row boat, kayaks, and a kitchen with everything in it that you would ever need. The pool table and ping pong table brought lots of entertainment as well. We planned on taking some day trips during our stay, but we never needed to. The beach and water were awesome. We brought 2 boats with us and we were able to dock and moor them. It worked out great. Tons of fun had by all, and we hope to stay here again!!!! Thanks!

My husband and I stayed here for an extended weekend with our 3 kids (ages 10, 8 and 4) along with another family of six. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners have done an amazing job not only decorating but thinking of all their guests needs. The home was spacious, super clean and well stocked. The layout is perfect. There was a ton of room to spread out inside and out! The lake was pristine. We all enjoyed swimming, fishing and relaxing and will definitely be back for a longer stay! Thanks so much for sharing your special home with us!!
