The Taxiarhaki Luxury Estate is a traditional Cycladic villa, resembling the first developments of the small Cycladic villages. It is built on the highest spot of a hill overlooking the port of Paros, offering a breathtaking view of the absolute blue of the Aegean Sea.
The Estate evokes a sense of intimacy to its guests combined with its friendly and familiar environment. The surrounding area awakens the guest’s senses and emotions. The rocky landscape at the background of Taxiarhaki Luxury Estate, the gentle sinking of the sun within the Aegean Sea, and the golden path on the surface of the sea created by the full moon, enriches the estate’s exceptional beauty elements.
The Estate is ideal for hosting big families and large group of friends. It’s exterior could easily accommodate parties and wedding receptions ( 400 guests capacity). There is an endless enjoyment with the unlimited opportunities the exterior of the villa is offering.
The Taxiarhaki Luxury Estate was founded as a monastery back to the 17th Century A.C. Preserving its overwhelming and dominating sense of mystery and its long existence throughout the centuries the Estate justifies its mixture of feelings and emotions the guests of the estate can experience.
The location of the estate allows its guests to combine the relaxing lifestyle of the premises with the busy life of Paros. The island has many historical and cultural treasures. It is also the perfect choice for those who want to explore the secrets of a Cycladic island. There are some very beautiful islands not far away from Paros (Koufonisia, Iraklia, Antiparos are some of them) to be easily explored.
In terms of the layout, the Estate consists of four independent accommodation units (cubes) the first of which has two en suite master bedrooms, one restroom, a kitchen, a living room and a dinning room. The bedrooms, the living room and the dinning room have an amazing view of Portes reefs and the Aegean Sea.
Each of the remaining three small units is equipped with an en suite master bedroom and a small living room.
There are also a small twin and single bedroom units, inside a cave at the back of the central building.
The exterior of the estate is particular interesting. It is approximately 2.500 square meters with a two level swimming pool communicating each other with a waterfall. In addition, the upper level of the swimming pool has a Jacuzzi installed. The amplitude of the open space enables the set-up of receptions and other social events.
