Welcome to the Clark's Knoll Townhome's in beautiful Jackson Hole, Wyoming! Conveniently located at the base of the Snow King Ski Resort (a.k.a. 'The Town Hill'), this townhome is walking distance to Jackson's downtown restaurants and galleries.
During winter months this is the ideal base camp whether you are skiing Jackson Hole, Snow King, or Grand Targhee. In the summer take advantage of your proximity to Snow King's alpine slide, summit chair lift, and mini golf. Miles and miles of hiking/biking trails await you outside your door. With four bedrooms this vacation rental is ideal for two families to share!
Once renter and agent agree on terms the first step is to provide deposit (see below for cancellation details). After the deposit is collected Agent will send renter a lease containing; receipt of deposit, check in and out procedures, rules and regs, all rents and fees. Renter will then return lease with valid identification and provide credit card for security deposit. At this time we will have an agreement and renter will receive full welcome packet with local activities, local dining guide, contacts, emergency procedures.
Nightly rate includes departure cleaning charges. Rent for a 7 night stay and receive 1 night free.
All reservations are subject to a 8% sales/lodging tax and a 5% resort fee. A $50 non-refundable damage waiver is also charged. These additional fees will be charged based on the full rental amount. The fees will be applied to final amount due prior to arrival.
A 50% deposit is required for all reservations at the time of booking. All funds received are non-refundable, unless the unit can be re-rented. Travel insurance is offered at 6.9% of the entire reservation total through CSA Travel Protection. The credit card on file will be charged 30 days prior to arrival, if a check is not received by then.

Our recent 'home' in Jackson Hole has been a dream come true. We hope that you can share the passion that we feel when we are in the Teton's. Our favorites include day hikes in the Mountains, hiking up Snow King, bicycling in the park, early morning drives to see Elk and Moose in the Park and near Kelly, kayaking in String and Leigh Lake. Hanging out in Moose for breakfast or dinner. In the winter the place to be is skiing on the 'Big Hill' in Teton Village. Restaurants are amazing and our favorites include the Mangy Moose, Calico, Merry Piglets, 43N, Snake River Brewery, and The Bistro. Our choice to own in the town of Jackson was the central location. Walking to town for dinner, Snow King activities just out the door and all the activities that Snow King offers. An easy drive north to the Grand Teton Park, or spectacular drive into Teton Village. The Clark's Knoll town homes are without question one of the finest condo/town homes in all of Jackson.
