Welcome to the Clark's Knoll Townhome's in beautiful Jackson Hole, Wyoming! Conveniently located at the base of the Snow King Ski Resort (a.k.a. 'The Town Hill'), this townhome is walking distance to Jackson's downtown restaurants and galleries.

During winter months this is the ideal base camp whether you are skiing Jackson Hole, Snow King, or Grand Targhee. In the summer take advantage of your proximity to Snow King's alpine slide, summit chair lift, and mini golf. Miles and miles of hiking/biking trails await you outside your door. With four bedrooms this vacation rental is ideal for two families to share!

Once renter and agent agree on terms the first step is to provide a deposit (see below for cancellation details). After the deposit is collected Agent will send renter a lease containing; receipt of deposit, check in and out procedures, rules and regs, all rents and fees. Renter will then return lease with valid identification and provide credit card for security deposit. At this time we will have an agreement and renter will receive full welcome packet with local activities, local dining guide, contacts, emergency procedures.

Nightly rate includes departure cleaning charges.

All reservations are subject to a 8% sales/lodging tax and a 5% resort fee. A $50 non-refundable damage waiver is also charged. These additional fees will be charged based on the full rental amount. The fees will be applied to final amount due prior to arrival.

A 50% deposit is required for all reservations at the time of booking. All funds received are non-refundable, unless the unit can be re-rented. Travel insurance is offered at 6.9% of the entire reservation total through CSA Travel Protection. The credit card on file will be charged 30 days prior to arrival, if a check is not received by then.

Our recent 'home' in Jackson Hole has been a dream come true. We hope that you can share the passion that we feel when we are in the Teton's. Our favorites include day hikes in the Mountains, hiking up Snow King, bicycling in the park, early morning drives to see Elk and Moose in the Park and near Kelly, kayaking in String and Leigh Lake. Hanging out in Moose for breakfast or dinner. In the winter the place to be is skiing on the 'Big Hill' in Teton Village. Restaurants are amazing and our favorites include the Mangy Moose, Calico, Merry Piglets, 43N, Snake River Brewery, and The Bistro. Make yourself at home, get comfortable and allow your worries to go away while in Jackson. Thank you for checking out our 'home'.

The Owner purchased this townhome in 2010

Our choice to own in the town of Jackson was the central location. Walking to town for dinner, Snow King activities just out the door and all the activities that Snow King offers. An easy drive north to the Grand Teton Park, or spectacular drive into Teton Village. The Clark's Knoll town homes are without question one of the finest condo/town homes in all of Jackson.

Wonderful property

We arrived on August 30th for 8 nights. This property is exceptional. So clean and well-maintained. You can use the facilities at Snow King Resort if you wish, exercise facility, pool and hot tub. The owner has everything well marked and notes on how to use the TV and DVD, etc. The kitchen was well-equipped. It is about a half-mile walk to downtown Jackson Hole and spectacular views of the area. We had a party of 6 and everyone had their own private area in the condo. We were all very happy at the great condition of the facility. The management property was, also, very easy to deal with. I would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks again for a great property.

Exceeded Expectations!

Why does Jackson have to be so far from Texas? Our family of seven (kids 10 and under) spent four nights here in late May. Condo was fabulous! Tons of room, well-stocked, clean, nice furnishings, and quiet condo complex. Several DVDs at the condo to choose from if you get tired of "going". We stayed here as a hub for visiting Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. Short distance to Grand Teton NP and an easy day trip to Yellowstone if you don't mind gorgeous drives. If you enjoy biking Jackson is your town! Fantastic bike paths run through town and into Grand Teton NP. Condo is an easy walk to amazing downtown Jackson and the Snow King Mountain trail. If you are bringing kids there are two city parks within a five minute walk of the condo. One has a rock climbing area and playground. The other has a playground area, two horseshoe pitches (bring your horseshoes), and a small creek running through it. The proximity to town, local parks, and the national parks were a huge plus for our visit. We can't wait to come back!

Very nice townhouse located a stone's throw away from Snow King Lodge & a block from the lifts. Easy & quick drive to Jackson Hole skiing & 1hr 15min from Grand Targhee. This place is very comfortable, a respectable size, CLEAN, & priced lower than several comparable properties. It's also an easy walk or 2 minute drive into the heart of town.

The owner has everything labeled (light switches, disposal, etc) for "user friendly" operation. Not much lacking here, unless you're into the luxury stay category. The garage is small & doesn't really allow an SUV, but I didn't think that was a problem. My only wish list for this place would be a grill on the deck & an outdoor hot tub for sore joints & muscles after a day of skiing. The internet speed is slow, but it will get you what you need on-line.

Overall, I definitely recommend this town home in Jackson, & will plan on staying again when I return to Wyoming.

A wonderful, convenient place to stay!! Every amenity you could think of. Listing description completely accurate, photos don't do it justice, spotlessly clean, owner EXTREMELY helpful! We enjoyed every single thing he recommended, including hikes, restaurants (Gunbarrel, Merry Piglets, famous bakery whose name has slipped my mind at the moment - oh yes, husband reminded me, The Bunnery) Enjoyed scenic rafting trip and fly fishing instruction with friend of owner and also wildlife trip. Not sure if I should put names or not. Definitely hike Jenny Lake, see Mormon Row. Saw Elk, bison, only one moose, bald eagles on river. Shopping was awesome! Yes, we would recommend it!!

Perfect place to stay in Jackson

This vacation condo is highly recommended! We really enjoyed our stay in the Townhome.

The size was ideal for our family of 8, which included 3 children and 2 grandparents. We loved the layout. There was plenty of space for everyone to get together in the nice, comfortable common area, yet everyone was able to have their own privacy in bedrooms on separate levels. The condo is well decorated, including beautiful photos of the Tetons from the owner.

We found the property to be in great condition and well furnished with everything we wanted.

We also love the location, near the base of Snow King. It’s close to downtown, but not too close – you can avoid the traffic and the noise here. There’s a variety of activities within easy walking distance.

All in all, the property definitely exceeded our expectations and is a great value right in Jackson.
