In the 1950’s, the Pony Farm was an actual charming little pony farm where parents brought their children for weekend pony rides. A small piece of the house with antique pine floors and exposed ceiling beams dating back to the 1800’s was owned and enlarged by a preeminent East Hampton real estate dealer in the 1980’s and, subsequently, by Elizabeth Taylor's renowned decorator who again doubled its size and substantially upgraded it in the mid 1990’s, using carefully matched antique beams and pine floors throughout.

Thereafter, two East Hampton decorators owned and decorated to perfection, adding sound and lighting systems, making it the memorable and sophisticated lifestyle experience that it is today. Finally, in 2007, the kitchen area was expanded to incorporate one of its several porches and the rear yard field was landscaped for ultimate, croquet, badminton or softball.
