After you’ve worked up a sweat, join your neighbours in the oversized patio pool steps from our home. Read your book and relax or head out for an afternoon of exploring nearby Coombs Country Market and see the famous “goats on the roof”, or poke around the quaint town of Qualicum. Perhaps you’d like to go horseback riding or fishing or kayaking. If you’re enjoying a winter getaway, Mt. Washington boasts fantastic conditions and is only an hour’s drive up island! While you’re out, visit one of the local fishing docks to pick up your dinner if you didn’t manage to catch your own! After cooking up a feast on the gas barbecue provided, take your beach towel and your nightcap and head over to one of the two outdoor hot tubs. You’ve earned the soak and it will relax you so you can come back home to play a game or two of scrabble or dominos with the family or take your marshmallows and cocoa down to the firepit on the beach to wind up the day.
