Gorgeous executive contemporary styled home located in serene Oyster Bay. Three convenient miles from downtown Charlevoix. This home offers four bedrooms, three full baths. It has a beautiful gourmet kitchen. There is 100 feet of white sandy beach and dock. The deck goes across the entire front of the house. The property is 2 acres deep so very private, yet close to everything. Upstairs features a Master bedroom with attached full bath. There is a soaking tub and separate shower in the master suite. Also on the upper level is a loft bedroom. It features a queen bed and bunk beds with twin over full. The loft bedroom is connected to a private full bath. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor. One is a queen the other has two twin beds. A gorgeous full bath with double sinks separates the two bedrooms. This house is great for entertaining, plenty of room for your family and all your water toys!!
