Two bedroom, two bath, 1,120 sq ft, fully-furnished, third floor condo with balcony located on the fantastic 750 feet wide sandy beach at Treasure Island's epicenter of holiday fun on Gulf Blvd near 107th Ave/Central Ave. Watch sunsets from the balcony or the swimming pool. The unit comes with dishes, cups, saucers, mugs, glasses, eating utensils, pots, pans, small kitchen appliances, linens, towels, a starter kit of sanitary items, telephone with free calls to anywhere in the US and Canada, password protected Wi-Fi and cable connected 32' flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom. A clothes washer and dryer are located on the floor. Only personal items and food need to be brought by the holiday maker. Condominium amenities include a beautiful common area lounge, pool table, ping pong table, heated swimming pool and under building car park. Travel by auto to Disney World and Orlando is a drive of two hours or less, an hour to Sarasota over the Sunshine Skyway Bridge, approximately forty-five minutes to the Greek Fishing and Sponging Village of Tarpon Springs, twenty-five minutes to Clearwater Beach, fifteen minutes to the laid back Pass-a-Grille, about fifteen minutes to downtown St Petersburg, Vinoy Park and The Pier, and five minutes to John's Pass. Don't want to spend extra money on a rental car and just want to enjoy the fabulous beach? Take the Super Shuttle from Tampa International Airport to the condo which is conveniently located near restaurants, daytime highlights, nighttime activities and a fully stocked supermarket all within easy walking distance. The Suncoast Beach Trolly stops in front of the condo and across the road on Gulf Blvd, and runs from Pass-a-Grille to the south to Clearwater to the north where it connects to the Jolly Trolly that goes all the way to Tarpon Springs (go to links listed below in this ad for detailed information on the Super Shuttle, Suncoast Beach Trolly and the Jolly Trolly). Great stay

This was our second time at this condo and we have rebooked for next year. We love the condo, especially the balcony with the wonderful view of the pool and beach. It is in a very nice area of Treasure Island with many restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. We are looking forward to going back next year.

We really enjoyed our first year stay at this condo. It is located on a beautiful white sandy gulf coast beach. The condo is tastefully decorated with all the amenities. It is very close to restaurants, bars, and stores with easy access to bus and trolley service. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the balcony as well as swimming in the heated pool. Owners are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We highly recommend this two bedroom condo located right on the beach.

Great Vacation Condo

We have enjoyed staying at 304 Treasure Sands during November. The location is ideal being close to several good bars and restaurants. We used the trolley for the month and had the convenience of the trolley stops right outside the building. The accommodation was extremely clean and tidy with marvelous views of the beach from the balcony, and most important a really comfortable bed and a heated swimming pool that was truly heated. We have already booked to return next November.

Major theme parks including Disney World are in the Orlando area about a two hour drive away. Busch Gardens is located northeast of downtown Tampa less than an hour's drive from the unit. A bit over a mile to the north on Gulf Blvd is John's Pass where there are numerous restaurants & gift shops in addition to fishing boat, dolphin watching boat tours, wave runner and para-sailing rentals available. The Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary is in the community of Indian Shores a bit over five miles to the north on Gulf Blvd. Several county parks which are maintained in a natural 'old Florida' state and are great for picnics, hiking or walking and enjoying the great outdoors, are nearby. Alligators, turtles, birds and other animals in their natural habitat can usually be seen from the boardwalks at Saw Grass Park. The Treasure Island Causeway/107th Ave/Central Ave will take you directly to downtown St Petersburg, The Pier, the Dali Museum, & Vinoy Park.

An all-purpose trail, paved and perfect for walking, jogging, running or cycling, runs for nearly a mile along the beach past the rear of the condominium property and past restaurants, watering holes, motels, hotels and public parks. Several of the establishments along this trail provide live music on the weekends. Many public events are held throughout the year on the beach behind Sloppy Joe's and the Bilmar Beach Resort five minutes walk away along the beach path. Lots of holiday action here!
