This is the perfect beach house for your family's vacation! Unlike other rentals, our house is equipped with all the beach gear you'll need or want including: Surf boards, boogie boards, skim boards, a stand up paddle board, beach cruisers, beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, sporting goods, and more! We even have a street-legal golf cart that makes hauling your family, your food, and all your toys to the beach fun and easy!

Comfortably leave all the doors and windows open and feel the ocean breeze throughout the entire house. Enjoy our spectacular ocean views, watch the whitewater waves crash on the beach, and enjoy a front row seat to every colorful sunset over Catalina Island!

Bring the whole family and some friends and be our guest! With 4 bedrooms and over 3,000 square feet, there's plenty of room for everyone. Entertain your entire group with a large gourmet kitchen with huge center island. Barbecue and enjoy every meal outdoors on our plush patio dining set.

Enjoy private sunbathing by day and evening cocktails by night on our large upper deck. We have unrivaled views of downtown Laguna Beach, main beach, and Catalina Island. Relax and unwind on our large, comfy outdoor patio set. Stay warm under the outdoor gas heaters whenever the evening air gets a little chilly.

For those that get tired of the beach, we have a large downstairs bonus room great for gathering, playing games, watching movies on the large projection TV, or just hanging out.

There's also a sunny downstairs home office perfect for anyone needing to do a little work while they are away. It has two work desks, a computer, printer, copier, phone, fax, and anything else you might need.

This house is located in the heart of downtown Laguna Beach, is central to everything and overlooks the popular Main Beach. Easily walk or drive to go to the beach, shopping, groceries, fine dining, art galleries, art festivals, movies, deserts, nightlife, and more.

Being so central to everything means Newport Beach, Balboa Island, and Disneyland are just minutes away. Sea World, L.A., Hollywood, San Diego, and the Santa Monica Pier are less than an hour away.

We planned a family gathering in Laguna to enjoy time together since we live in different parts of the world. The description and the photos of the home were very accurate. The view from the balconies were spectacular. We enjoyed seeing how the ocean view changed each day.
Having two levels allowed each part of our family to have their own space. Everyone found their rooms to be very clean and well maintained. The large kitchen allowed us prepare and enjoy many family meals. We also enjoyed eating outside in the beautify garden area.
Our young children enjoyed riding in the golf cart down to the beach. They also enjoyed the walk to a very fine park close to the house.
We would definately plan to stay here again in the future.

Our family stayed in this wonderful Laguna Beach home over the holidays. The owner met us at the home, showed us around, gave us some recommendations for local restaurants and also made sure to let us know about the extra "toys" we could use at the home - surfboards, SUPs, skateboards, longboards, wetsuits....! With our three sons (18, 17 and 8) in tow, the extras were very welcome. They also truly enjoyed being able to surf at the beach down the street and getting there in the street legal golf cart. The home is a warm, welcoming and wonderful place to stay, looking better than the pictures online. It is a clean, well-kept home with terrific amenities - from the bedrooms and baths, to the chef's kitchen, there is nothing else we required during our stay. As a family of five, we had more than enough room to have time together but also do different things if we wanted. We particularly enjoyed the big screen on the lower level and watched many Christmas classics on Christmas eve night! The home has a terrific view from the deck both during the day and at night. We marvelled at the sunsets every night and took many pictures of the glorious colours in the sky. We had not been to Laguna Beach before and enjoyed exploring the area, the many beautiful beaches and coves, galleries, shops, restaurants, and even made two day trips to Disneyland and Los Angeles. The home was in a perfect location for us. We were just thrilled with the home, and would definitely return. Thanks to Brad and family for allowing us to enjoy your lovely home.

We just got back from a week in this home. There were 9 of us that ranged in ages from 11 to 90 and the house fit us very well. We really enjoyed waking up every morning with the Hummingbirds chattering outside of our bedroom. The view from the deck is unbelievable. The pictures of the house are exactly what you will find. If we are ever in the area again, this certainly would be our first choice of where to stay. There was nothing that we wanted that we did not have. Brad was always more than willing to answer any questions that we might have. The house is large enough that you do not feel like you are surrounded by people. Plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen is full of all the dishes you would ever need and very convenient. Loved eating breakfast out on the patio beside the kitchen. We were all very comfortable, did not feel like we were visiting someone's house. It felt like home.

If you are in for a treat for dinner, try the Lumberyard---the food was awesome.
