Upon entering our beach house you will be greeted with panoramic views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This direct gulf front paradise on the third floor of a small condo complex is very unique. You will find the open livingroom and dining area bright spacious and very comfortable as it opens out to a large open balcony with totally unobstructed views. There is nothing between you and the Gulf of Mexico but white sand, seaoats, pelicans and seagulls. Each evening you will be captivated by the beauty of a different and unpredictable sunset.

Should you decide to cook while you enjoy your stay here you will find everything you need in our spacious kitchen with top of the line appliances, granite countertops and a fully equipped kitchen. However, you may choose to enjoy the many restaurants that are within walking distance or only a short drive away.

A grand king-sized bed awaits you in the inviting master bedroom suite with an amazing private master bath.

The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen sized bed and lovely bathroom just outside the door.

There is a loft that has its own bathroom and sleeping area and fabulous rooftop deck.

The enclosed porch looks out over the heated pool and Jacuzzi and beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

About The Owner

This gulf front condo is owned by a real estate agent and lives in California. It is so nice for her to get away with her familiy and enjoy the warm water of the Gulf of Mexico.

Indian shores is a quiet upscale residential community that is a perfect get away. You can enjoy the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, drive to Tampa for the excitement, and Orlando and the amusements parks are only approximately 90 minutes away. Busch Gardens in Tampa is lots of fun. But, most of all the sunsets are fabulous. This is a perfect place to get cozy and enjoy the beach front without the hassle of ownership.

Why The Owner chose Indian Shores

Indian Shores is close to some of America's best and award winning beaches. Linda and her family wanted to personally experience the warm Gulf of Mexico water,the beautiful sunsets, the unique cultural heritage of Ebor City in Tampa, and the vast sporting and recreational activities that are nearby. There are also world-renowned museums close by, family fun parks and of course endless sunshine. Oh yes don't forget it's losts of fun to watch the Philadelphia Phillies spring training in Clearwater only 10 miles away. Everything you want for a great vacation is all right here! Indian Shore is close to everything, yet miles away.

Just five minutes away are all the boat rentals, and all the fun you can handle. There are sight seeing trips and guided tours, waverunner rentals, fishing tours. Also there are Watch the Dolphins Trips, Ride the Wave Trips, Learn to Sail Classes, and the fishing is great. It is a great vacation spot and lots of fun. Oh yes, the Philadelphia Baseball Training Camp is close by at Brighthouse Stadium. It is lots of fun to go watch the games and talk to the Philadelphia baseball players.

Ride the Suncoast Trolley up and down the beach if you don't feel like driving. It goes from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach daily. There are a lot of terrific restaurants along the way and things to do along the beach. You can ride all day for one low price! It will let you off a short walk from the front door! There are also some great restaurants within walking distance. Indian Shores also has boat rentals within walking distance where they have lots of fun things to do. Jet Skiing, fishing, kyaking,boating. Lots of fun and here in Florida. Come on down the water is warm.

Notes: This is a one of a kind condo. It is my private home that I can not visit this year so I have opened it up to guest. It is right on This Gulf Front Condo is fabulous. It is great for your enjoyment. It offers a large upper sundeck for your enjoyment and private sun bathing. The lower balcony off the living area and bedroom is direct gulf front and a great place to have your coffee. The master bedroom is direct gulf front. This condo is a joy to me and has a very special place feel. Come and enjoy and get the most you can for your time and vacation in Florida.

Fabulous location, right on the beach with a heated pool. Large rooms with a patio directly off master bedroom and living space facing the ocean, wonderful sunsets from the patio. Deck directly outside second floor loft with family room beds and complete bath. Fully equipped with grill on the ground floor. We rented this condo three years in a row. I would highly recommend this condo for two to three couples. Relax and enjoy!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and direct beachfront. The kitchen was fully equipped and the condo included wifi. The sunset were not to be missed. We enjoyed the fabulous large enclosed patio overlooking the beautiful pool. There were many great suprises for us.. One was the excellent outdoor cooking area for bbq and outdoor dining. The area of Indian Shores is a quiet little beachtown which we enjoying walking to the local restaurants and pubs. There was a bus that could take us down all the way to St. Petersburg or Clearwater. It was the 1st time staying in the area and we are already booked for next year....
