This spotless 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home has all the amenities required for a relaxing, fun filled vacation. Nestled in the Lawton Woods community amongst the gorgeous live oaks draped with Spanish moss, this getaway is perfect for a long weekend golf outing, girls weekend or a week at the beach.
The house features an eat-in kitchen with a TV and allows for privacy for early risers to enjoy morning coffee without waking others. There are gorgeous hardwoods throughout the main living area which features a 50' HDTV in the Family room with plenty of comfortable seating for night time relaxation.
There is a King bed and sleeper sofa in the master suite, Queen bed with trundle in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 twin beds with additional trundle in the 3rd bedroom. 1 roll-away bed and 2 additional mattresses are available for larger groups allowing for flexible sleeping arrangements.
The house has cable TV in all bedrooms and is equipped with free wireless internet.
The large back deck is perfect for daytime sunning, relaxing evenings, cooking on the gas grill and outdoor dining. A 2 car garage allows for convenient storage of beach toys and bikes.
