Beaver Creek--The experience of a lifetime!! We have been skiing for over 30 years and have been to many resorts all over Colorado, including Snowmass and Vail before we decided to buy our place , E-3, in The Meadows. Over the years, when the other resorts did not have snow, Beaver Creek always did. Our place is on the highest part of the mountain, and you can ski down to both the Gondola and the main Chair 6. Airport and road accessibility is also an important factor; and as long as we fly into Eagle/Vail or Grand Junction, we can drive in, because there are no passes to cross.

The set up of the house is perfect for a large family, such as ours. The different levels ensure privacy and lack of noise. We also have plenty of space for visitors, with the media room in the basement, which has a pull-out sofa as well as another one in the main living area. Each bedroom has its own bath, and there one additional shower and half bath.

In 2011, the townhouse next door, E-4 came up for sale. We bought it immediately because our family is growing, with grandchildren. We have connected the two, so if you need more space, inquire about E-4, as well.

About The Owner

We, Bill and Judy, have been married for 32 years. We have 3 children and 2 grandchildren. We started skiing together when we were dating. All of our children have been skiing since they were able to stand on skis. Our daughter is a ski instructor and an early childhood educator. Bill is an attorney and I am an artist. We love the Beaver Creek community and all of the outdoor adventures available in Colorado, including skiing, golf and hiking.

*My mother (Judy) wrote this in 2011. She passed away in 2013 and I (Merideth) currently manage our rental properties. Beaver Creek was so much more than a second home to her and our family. She had a heart for hospitality and it is my hope to continue her legacy by opening our home to guests from all over the world!

We have a great deck that overlooks the mountain, a newly remodeled kitchen and great 300 year old hardwood floors from Chinese temples. We love to pick up new decorative items and artworks every time we visit.
