Eagle’s View Villa is located on the Trout River, North Granville, PEI. This 2 1/2 story luxury vacation home features 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, with 9 foot ceilings on each level. Open and airy this sunny home is tastefully decorated and well appointed. There is hardwood and slate flooring throughout. In addition to its many indoor amenities, this home has a cedar floating dock for swimming and boating in the beautiful Trout River.

From the Confederation Bridge:

Take Route #1, merging to Route #1A, (approximately 7.5 km) towards Summerside until you reach Ross Corner (approximately 13 km).

Turn right onto Route #8 to Freetown. Continue through Freetown (approximately 14 km) to the intersection with Route 2.

Turn left on Route #2 and go 3 km.

Turn left onto Route #254. Proceed 7 km and turn right onto Matheson Lane.

Take first right onto Riverbend Lane.

Keep on this road and property is on the left in the woods – civic #85.

From the Charlottetown Airport:

Take Route #2, heading west towards Kensington.

After passing through Hunter River, continue for 14.5 km until you come to Route #254.

Turn left onto Route #254. Proceed 7 km and turn right onto Matheson Lane.

Take first right onto Riverbend Lane.

Keep on this road and property is on the left in the woods – civic #85.

From the Wood Islands Ferry:

Follow the road signs to Charlottetown.

Take Route #2, heading west towards Kensington.

After passing through Hunter River, continue for 14.5 km until you come to Route #254.
