SUPERIOR SANDS-A BEAUTIFUL BEACH HOUSE ON SANDY LAKE SUPERIOR

SUPERIOR SANDS - A beautiful, three story, beach house with a "green" electrical system powered by solar panels and other alternative electrial systems. Located on 200 feet of sugar sand beach on Lake Superior with a shallow shoreline and sandy bottom. Have fun exploring the nearby cliffs and bluffs and the Laughing Whitefish River just 1/4 mile up the beach with the two canoes and two kayaks with life jackets available. Built in 1999 with 3 bedrooms and one bath and a separate sauna to warm up in after a cool swim in Lake Superior. Hardwood, laminate, cherry floors in the kitchen, dining and living room make for easy upkeep with carpeting in the bedrooms, birch cabinets and tongue and groove pine walls on the main floor. There is a large deck on the north side with table and chairs to watch the sunset over Marquette, stars and Northern lights. Also a large deck on the south side with a new BBQ grill. The new enclosed porch with crank out windows and sliding glass doors in front and back offer a cool breeze if you wish to sleep on the futon. Walls of windows on the main floor and the master bedroom give you a spectular view even from the inside.
