Location is convenient for daytrips to Dalonega, Helen, Clarksville, Cleveland, Stone Mountain, Six Flags, Lake Lanier Island Water Park, Acquairium, and many other Atlanta activities. It is truly a resort for a relaxing vacation anytime.

About The Owner

We have built many memories over the past 16 years at this little piece of heaven on Lake Lanier. We love to hike Swanee Mountain and other close by trails. We love fishing and boating and relaxing at this beautiful property. This is the perfect location to go back in time and have peace and relaxation by the water. This property is located in a bird santuary along with other wildlife and nature. We looked many years for the perfect land and home close to Atlanta. When my husband found it he bought it within 2 days. You are so secluded on acreage and private cove with beautiful docks and gorgeous sunsets. I cant tell you how many parties we have hosted through the years. Everyone loves the serenity and feeling of our home. A perfect setting for rehersal dinners on the patio by the water. We have also had a wedding here which was amazing. But mostly we like it for weekend get-a-ways free of Atlanta hustle and bustle and traffic! Just pure relaxation and boating.

It's a great place for family gatherings, cookouts, and entertaining by the water.

This is the most convenient Lake property near Atlanta, Georgia. We are 10 minutes from Hwy 400. This is the prime location for Lake Lanier with spectaular sunsets. From the time we were married in 1964 we had a dream to have a home on the lake. Our dream came true in 1996, and we have enjoyed this home for retreats, family reunions, holidays, and being with family. We feel this is a place to share with others so you can build memories like we have.

What makes this house unique

Our family has enjoyed boating, sking, fishing, tubing along with just sitting out on the docks relaxing.Sitting on the porch sipping on coffee is also a favorite pastime. We have built memories through the years enjoying our families and friends. Heaven is a little closer when staying in this secluded piece of paradise.

The owners were gracious enough to let me use their home for a youth retreat. It was the perfect spot! The home is cozy, lived in, and charming, not to mention HUGE! The patio is also massive and wonderful! It was my favorite part of the house; it has the most amazing view. The area is private and our group was perfectly at ease on this property. It's beautiful on the outside and gave everyone a sense of relaxation and peace. It's a great lake house!

We have enjoyed many long weekends at this beautiful lake retreat!!! This is the perfect get a way for famlies and friends. The view is incredible and welcomes you back each evening to enjoy the sunset!!!

The children especially love the dock and fishing...bring your boat. The location is perfect for day trips to Lake Lanier Islands and other area attractions.

The home offers 4 bedrooms to provide every person with ample privacy. The rooms are very spacious for entertaining. We have visited this home year around and look forward to returning each visit!!!

My family and I have spent several long weekends at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a fabulous "lake" experience.
The sunset views from the house are nothing short of stunning and the secluded deep water cove is great for swimming (especially if you have children), fishing and just floating around.
House is large with plenty of room for large families. We especially enjoy grilling on the HUGE patio outback (I'd say we spend most of our time there).
House is conveniently located close to a boat landing along with grocery store and restaurants when you do need to go out for supplies, etc.

We look forward to visiting again later in the summer!!!
