Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 8-10)

Our villa is located on the edge of San Jose del Cabo, within the gated golf course community of Las Villas de Mexico, overlooking the 14th tee of the Jack Nicklaus Design Club Campestre San Jose golf course. The unit is a three bedroom, two bath condo on the second floor of the 3 story 'Tajin' building (named after the ancient lords of the thunderstorm). With 9'6' ceilings, 1,588 air conditioned square feet, plus 241 sf of exterior terrace, the 1,829 total space permits very comfortable living.

The villa enjoys breathtaking southeast views over the golf course to the historic town of San Jose del Cabo and the azure waters of the Sea of Cortez beyond. The master bedroom has its own private terrace, with breathtaking sunrise views of the sea. The Juliet side balcony offers views of the Sierra Laguna mountains to the northeast. Amenities include indoor parking beneath the villa, with elevator access. The resort style swimming pool includes a calming waterfall, change facilities/restroom, two gas barbecue areas and a gas firepit. If you really want to be pampered, Club Campestre owns the luxurious 'Playa Club Campestre' (Beach Club), located adjacent to the golf course. This is a full service facility, directly on the baby soft beach...you can walk for miles! Special arrangements would have to be made to gain access to this facility.

Completed in 2010, the villa has been constructed with the finest of Mexican craftsmanship, with travertine marble throughout. The terrace is accessed via a disappearing pocket sliding glass wall. Stainless steel GE Profile appliances, Bosch dishwasher and full size in-suite washer and dryer make you feel right at home. The GE Profile wine chiller puts you on the 'A' list for entertaining guests! The latest in technology provides high definition flat screen TV, high speed wireless wi-fi internet and inclusive local and long distance calling (additional charges apply for calls to cell phones). The 42' Panasonic LCD 1080p flatscreens in the great room and master bedroom include SD card slots so you can review the digital camera photos and videos of the day. Satellite HDTV signal provides Canadian and US programming. Enjoy the ultimate in the latest Bose sound system, complete with DVD and Apple TV. Bring your iPod to fire up the built in Niessen sound systems throughout the villa and the main terrace. Granite counters top custom cabinetry in both bathrooms and the gourmet kitchen. Each of the three bedrooms has custom built closets, the master being a walk-in. The villa sleeps up to 8 on 'top of the line' Spring Air Four Seasons mattresses, with a king in the master, queen in the second bedroom and two full size beds in the third. As a bonus, 2 more guests can sleep on the queen sofa bed in the living room. The master bathroom includes his and hers sinks, Jacuzzi tub, separate toilet and oversize shower. The guest bath includes a custom shower with marble bowl sink and toilet. For added peace of mind, this particular unit is specially equipped with the world class Homespring water filtration system. All of the water throughout the villa is filtered through the Homespring, and the kitchen sink has an additional reverse osmosis system for over-the-top water safety assurance.

The place was great, they had thought of everything, you could possibly want and or need in Cabo, The vonage and wifi were great and denisse was excellent, and got cab for a few of my friends to the airport, while we were on the boat fishng, we will definately stay again and will recommend to anyone we know goping down. The faciliities were great and the pool and BBQ looked brand new.

What a great property! Beautiful tilework of natural cut stone throughout the condo. Great view from the balcony. The kitchen was fully outfitted including the picnic basket and a the espresso machine. The beach club was very enjoyable with beautiful surroundings and excellent service. I do recommend a rental car, as it is a little too far to walk to stores and restaurants.

I went to Cabo with my husband and another couple. My husband doesn't like to travel but after coming here he can't wait to get away again. The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We watched whales playing in the water in the distance from the balcony. The golfing was superb! We had the pool to ourselves. It was so relaxing and peaceful. The beach club provides you with everything you need to complete this dream vacation. The service is spectacular. Our concierge looked after anything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed the quiet of San Jose yet spent a couple of evenings in San Lucas enjoying the busier tourist night clubs. It is an inexpensive cab ride away. The sunset cruise was amazing that was recommended to us. We also enjoyed the art walk in San Jose. I have travelled to many places, but this is by far my favourite! Much better than a busy tourist filled hotel!

Slice of heave in Cabo

Travelled to Cabo with my spouse and two kids (age 3 & 6). It was apparent that the owners furnished their "oasis" like a "home" and not a "rental". From the great beds, to the furniture, decor, art, electronics, wine fridge, and kitchen gadgets! Coming home to this condo at the end of a day at the pool or beach was just perfect! The owners thought of every luxury and creature comfort! The views and outdoor terrace made the early quite morning coffee extra relaxing! We look forward to more visits to Cabo and to this wonderful "home away from home!"

A very serene week loaded with great fun!

We stayed at this beautiful condo in August and the entire Las Villas was to ourselves! We lay by the pool to ourselves and relaxed on the patio all day to the sounds of utter peace and quiet. The condo overlooks the golf course and you can hear the beach waves in the distance. The condo itself is very comfortable and beyond stunning. We picked up what we needed at Costco and spent most of our time around the condo and going to the local beaches. Really enjoyed snorkeling at Santa Maria Beach and Chileno Beach just 15-20 minute drive from the condo. The suggested restaurants were all fabulous! Tropicana, Zippers, and Nick-San, and we tried Billigans in Cabo right beside The Office. It was LOT of fun for a younger crowd. The concierge at the condo was very helpful for us in arranging our tours and any of our needs. Made our stay even more welcome and comfortable. I would recommend this stay for anyone! Car is a must.
