We had a great time in Austin over Labor Day weekend. The ATX was very spacious for my wife, daughter, and myself. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

A Great Stay in Austin

We made our first trip to Austin in anticipation of an eventual move there, and couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at the ATX House. The unit was just as advertised...clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The location allowed us to enjoy all of the great things that Austin has to offer. It's your choice to drive, walk, or take your bike.

If you have any questions just let Jay, Cynthia and Peach know and you receive a prompt answer. They are truly concerned with having satisfied customers!

Wonderful Stay

We loved this place. We'll never do a hotel in this area again. Our 5 year old loved it as well. We had a nice bbq with family and friends on the back patio and the apartment was stocked with enough dishes to serve everyone. It had everything we could have needed. And anything additional we could get at the CVS less than 5 minutes away. We took full advantage of the local attractions all less than a mile driving. The place was cozy, comfortable, and decorated very nicely. Every window view was serene with all the trees. Check in and Check out could not have been easier. We'll definitely be back.

The condo was more than we expected!
The unit was extremely clean and well stocked. The bedroom was huge and plenty of closet space.The building and surrounding area was quiet and very clean.
We were close to everything!!
We would definitely go back and rent the same unit!!!

Recommended for: Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers

I stayed here for SXSW when I was not able to get a hotel close to all the action. After staying here I won't even look into the hotels next time. This is really the best way to experience SXSW. For me it was a proper way to recharge after all the festivities the day/night before. Calm, comfortable, clean and quiet. Perfect!

A Note: I did not rent a car the whole time and found that renting a bike from Barton Springs Bike rental down the street was the best and most laid back way to do it. Great cup of coffee and breakfast burrito at Flipnotics was a plus too!

Totally recommended!

SIMPLE PAYMENT POLICY –1/2 of the balance to be paid upon reservation using any major credit card. Remaining balance to be charged on the Monday prior to check in. Other arrangements considered upon request. Payment will secure the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY – You can cancel outside of 30 days prior to your arrival date and receive a FULL 100% refund of your reservation deposit.
