Jeff purchased this condo in 2009
I bought this as a weekend get-a-way for me. It will be used occasionally by me, family and friends. This is my favorite waterfront area in Tampa Bay. There are some excellent grass flats fishing for trout, snook, redfish, flounder, and deeper water fish as well, such as grouper, and this is some of the best fishing in the bay area. You can also fish from the private pier here. They have a marina where I keep my boat, and I'm in the open water in minutes. Another important factor, area is very secluded and quiet, and the sunsets are some of the most beautiful you will see.
