The Inn at Little Harbor is a luxury “condotel” and part of the larger residential village known as Little Harbor. Situated on 350 acres, this community offers restaurants, lounge, secluded semi-private beach, fishing pier, beach, marinas, tennis courts, exercise room, three pools (including a salt water pool), two whirlpools, wave runners, shuffle boards, horse shoes and a bounty of other recreational amenities. The resort has a signature restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining, lounge/Tiki bar and expansive pool and deck area overlooking the calm waters of Tampa Bay.
Relax along the banks of the Little Manatee River and take advantage of peaceful flowing waters for canoeing, kayaking, tubing and observing Florida's wildlife, nature preserve and mangroves. The fishing is some of the best in the area, and you see dolphin, manatee, osprey, herons, and numerous other animals on a daily basis.
Room Details: The waterfront room provides you with a queen-size bed and the necessary conveniences to ensure your comfort. Special amenities include a mini refrigerator, hair dryer, kitchenette with coffee maker, microwave, dishes and cookware, and an iron and ironing board. A spacious work desk area with ample lighting, direct dial telephones, free high-speed internet access, color television with free premium channels with movie channels are all included.
Amenities of the Room: Individual climate control air conditioning and heating, private bathroom with granite counter tops and private balcony overlooking the water with table and chairs for the early morning cup of coffee or the late evening glass of wine. Living area features a new leather sofa and a 50' flat screen TV. Rooms are NON-SMOKING and sorry, no pets. All this within 30 minutes of St. Armands Circle, Sarasota, and 90 minutes of Disney, Universal Studios, and Sea World.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo: This place is a little out of the way, therefore very peaceful and quiet, but the offer everything. Boating, Waverunners, multiple pools and hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball courts, volley ball, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, swimming, private beach and pier, great waterfront dining are very reasonable prices, great exercise facilities, nearby golf courses, close to fantastic shopping, and the wildlife here is incredible. Porpoises, manatee, ospey, heron, and numerous other wildlife is seen on a daily basis.
