Our family friendly condo has everything you need for a perfect stay in Palm Springs! Fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, BBQ, and tastefully decorated rooms to relax in. Enjoy some music on one of the stereos, put in a movie or enjoy free internet access during your stay.

The grounds include four beautiful pools and spas, each unique, and four great tennis courts. Stroll the immaculate grounds to enjoy the gardens and pick some fresh fruit from the many fruit trees!

We chose Palm Canyon Villas for many reasons. It is close to EVERYTHING, but it's quiet, secluded, immaculate grounds make it so easy to relax and enjoy each day in Palm Springs.

What makes this condo unique

We enjoy the ease of accessibility to the complex, and the close proximity to restaurants, shopping and the airport. We love the pool view and the huge balcony/lanai.

Rental Rates for this vacation condo rental in Palm Springs, California

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • From $80-100/nt or $450-600/wk
  • US Dollars
  • October through April...$100/night minimum of 4 nights, $600/week, $2000/month
  • May through September...$80/night minimum of 4 nights, $450/week, $1600/month
  • Rates do not include $100 cleaning fee.
  • 11.5% Palm Springs Rental tax will be added on stays 28 days or less.
  • Damage deposit $200, will be returned to you after departure.
  • Refundable deposit of 50% required within 7 days of booking,
  • remainder to be paid 14 days prior to arrival date.
  • Cancellations allowed up to 30 days prior to arrival date.
