My husband & I renovated this historic home 10 years ago with much attention to detail & love.
The Owner purchased this house in 1997
We lived in this home for 10 years before converting it into a vacation rental. Sunny & historic section of Silverton with larger well maintained homes & gardens.
Within walking distance to everything in town including local trails. Quiet section of town with grand views of the surrounding mountain peaks.
Perfect size for us - two adults and one dog. Comfortable bed, great wi-fi connection, nice back patio. There is no tv reception but it does have a dvd player hooked up to it. Microwave is on top of refrigerator which makes it difficult to use. Plenty of linens, kitchen utensils, etc. Good overall value.
Really nice and comfortable home - including a small yard.
I stayed here for four weeks in the spring time.
This house is well taken care of and furnished with style. Was very relaxing with all the comforts of a home in the city. Incredible views of the surrounding peaks. The kitchen is very tastefully outiftted with great stuff like chefs knives, a copper tea pot, iron skillet, etc. The property managers made it easy and were very helpful.
Would definitely recommend this to my friends.
Convenient location. The house had everything we needed. Owner was very helpful
My family of four stayed here for ten days in preparation for the Hardrock 100 in July. Ideal location as it's right across the street from the course director's house. A comfortable property that's centrally located, I give it 4 stars and not 5 because there's no Wi-Fi and the TV was not functioning. It's a great base camp for exploring the local area.
