Built in 2004, Lakeshore Landing is a beautiful 1800 sq ft lake house offering water views, knotty pine interior, cathedral ceilings.
Located on Sebago Lake on the lower finger of Kettle Cove, next to Sebago State Park. Our association is adjacent to the Point Sebago Resort and Golf Course. Enjoy water views out the back of the house or walk a few houses down our private road to the shared beach.
Launch your boat at our association boat launch and enjoy 45 sq mile of the cleanest water you'll find, shoot over to Frye's Island, park at the sand bar, or take a trip up the locks to Brandy Pond and Long Lake. Snowmobilers can utilize Casco's extensive trail network to get access to thousands of miles of snowmobile trails.
Enjoy High-Def Television, High-Speed Internet, Free WiFi and personal TV's in every bedroom at Lakeshore Landing. Watch the loons and ducks out back as you sit by the fire pit or stay inside and play a variety of games we have. Our hope is that we've thought of everything you would need and want! We even have a golf cart and local dock (optional). Linens, towels, soaps and shampoo provided.
Water levels behind the property normally allow for kayaking or canoeing from directly behind our house out to the open lake. When Sebago does drop water levels (normally mid Aug through mid May), the water may not come all the way up to our dock.
A beautiful home, family oriented that we enjoy sharing with our guests.

About Ken Hodgson
We purchased our beautiful lake house in 2013. Ken got the inspiration for a vacation rental home from his Dad, Ken SR, who owns and operates the Owl's Nest Cabin in Pittsburg, NH. Ken is a full time sales manager for Toyota and enjoys the peace and serenity of Sebago on his free weekends. Candice is a full time commercial / residential real estate agent and grew up vacationing on Sebago Lake.

Why Ken Hodgson chose Sebago Lake
We looked at many properties on various bodies of water throughout Maine and New Hampshire. We soon narrowed our search to the beautiful Sebago Lake because of it's cleanliness, size, distance from our home in Mass and the because of the level of possible 4 season entertainment in the Sebago area.
Once seeing this particular house, now Lakeshore Landing, we knew it was the one. Stunning knotty pine interior, cathedral ceilings, beautiful glass windows, lots of sleeping for our friends, family and guests. It was an easy choice!
What makes this house unique
The large glass windows overlooking the water makes the main floor a very tranquil and calming interior. It's one place that I could sit for hours, watching the ducks and loons out the back, enjoying the absence all the world's normal noise and commotion. Peace.
