Charming Seaside cottage w/breath taking view of Inlet & Ocean. Convenient to Coast Guard National seashore ocean beach, bay beaches, freshwater beaches, Cape Cod rail/bike trail, and nature walks. House has full eat in kitchen, living room w/fire place, screen porch, 2 bedrooms, one w/ queen bed and one w/2 twin beds. central air, high speed internet, cable, DVD player, Gas grill, out door shower. Credit card payments add 2.5%. E-checks add 1%. Just bring sheets, a towel , beach chairs, and some sun scree. We provide the rest!

Keywords: Sunday to Sunday rental to avoid hours of traffic getting on/off Cape on Saturday when the vast majority of rentals turn over.

I have spent much of every summer of my life in Eastham. My husband and I met at First Encounter beach, Eastham. We return every summer with our extended family. What a fabulous family destination!

lovely cottage in eastham

we had a lovely post labor day retreat at the lovely cottage with a serene view of the salt marsh and ocean beyond. good for a couple with 2 kids. the location in Eastham was terrific with easy access to great beaches and restaurants. the only reason i would give it a 'good' rather than 'excellent' is that it is on Rte 6 and as you are taking in the serenity, the traffic noise intrudes. we loved the screened in porch and the walk down to the marsh. there is a larger house just next to the cottage but it was not rented during our time there, which was good. we are wanting to rent again next year, but are not sure if we will in case the other house is rented at the same time. would definitely recommend the cottage in summary!

What a sweet cottage!

Fabulous view across the marsh! The place was clean, inviting, and well-maintained. The option of using an outside shower was a treat. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive. The bike path was within easy reach, visitor's center and beach very close, and Arnold's a short drive. We walked to the concert on the lawn by the windmill. We just couldn't have asked for more.

My husband and I have been staying at this wonderful cottage for the past 4 years now and it is a time that we would not trade for any other place. The kitchen has all the amenities you could need and there is an amazing and huge screened in back porch that we love to have dinner on. There are several great big rocking chairs out on the porch that you can sit on for hours and watch the birds outside. It is conveniently located to the Bike Trail and all the shops in Orleans.

We really enjoyed our stay in Eastham at this cute cottage. We especially liked the screened in porch. Cape Cod National Seashore has wonderful beaches. I would definitely recommend this property.
