Family friendly house, yard, gated porches, 2 miles outside of the city, offers a country setting with a large backyard, babbling creek and covered porches! 10 minutes from downtown Morgantown, Sabraton, I-68, and I-79. Self check in/out.

Dog friendly with approval. $25 per night

Items provided: cookware, coffeemaker, coffee, toaster, towels, sheets, hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, 1 roll of TP and paper towels.
The space
Please note that the neighbor across the street is adding an addition to her house. There is possible construction during the hours of 9 am to 6 pm.

Please note the room listed as 3rd bedroom is more like a Den. It has curtains for privacy and a daybed that has a twin mattress on top and a pull out twin mattress underneath on a platform.

Outdoor firepit (firewood, kindling, newspaper and firestarter in a covered box for $25), large backyard, large parking area. Close to downtown Morgantown, Sabraton, hospitals, stadium and interstates.
Guest access
There are wooded areas for walking, a creek that runs along the back of the yard, firepit for relaxing.
Other things to note
We have a large covered container filled with firewood, kindling, newspaper and lighter for $25. The $25 includes cleaning out the pit after use. There is also a charcoal grill. We do not supply the charcoal and you must clean up after yourself.
