Additional information about rental rates

Vacation Rental $2000 refundable deposit to confirm booking, with balance due for 45 days prior to your arrival.. Rental agreement provided.
Fees And Taxes Rate are 4 guests only
Vacation Rental + $2000 refundable damage deposit
+ Cleaning fee $225 + weekly cleaning available at a cost of $125
8 month Lease + $7500 refundable damage deposit
Laguna Lido Home Owners Association will not allow guests to stay less than 30 nights. You are welcome to book for 2/3 weeks however the cost will be the same as a complete month because the condo would be UN-rentable.
No pet's and must adhere to the Laguna Lido rules.

* Approximate monthly rate. Actual rate will depend on the days of the month you stay.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

The best place to stay in Laguna Beach!

What can I say? Everything about our vacation was perfect! Laguna Lido is directly on the beach complete with an elevator (no stairs!). Beach is very quiet and private, with a short walk around a cliff (on sand) to a more populated beach. Everyone here is very nice and accommodating. Gym is unbelievable with a view you won't believe-makes working out on vacation a lot easier. This unit is the best one in the whole place in my opinion. On the first floor so you walk down about half a flight of stairs to the beach (or use the elevator). Storage right by the beach for all your toys, beach chairs, etc. Janna is always available to answer all questions and is a fantastically generous and accommodating host. We had the best vacation we have ever had and although Laguna Beach is incredible, we chalk it up to all to these unbelievable accommodations. Our best days were the ones spent at Laguna Lido. Thank you Janna for opening your condo to us. We found paradise!!!!
