What a wonderful getaway in this lovely home. It is situated in the trees where all we heard was an owl. Although the owners provided us with some wonderful restaurant suggestions, we did eat some meals in. The kitchen has everything one could want and the pantry is so well stocked. After a day of snowshoeing we relaxed in front of the fire and watched movies from the plentiful selection of DVDs. The beds are comfy and coupled with the silence, we had several nights of wonderful sleep! We highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a vacation to relax as well as to enjoy winter sports. The slopes are close by and the quiet is nice to come home to. I look forward to staying here again. Maybe next time in the summer but looking at the snow clinging to those pines is hard to beat.
