Outer Banks Ocean-Side Vacation Home

Let's begin with the views! The view of the ocean at this house are just amazing, I must have said that a billion times through out the week. I went with my older sister Tara, and my German Shepherd Jada. My dog adored the house as much as we did!

The kitchen has everything you need and its a complete open concept floor plan, so you are part of everythig while you cook. You can also see the ocean from anywhere on that floor! The couch made all of us go (including Jada) go into a coma it is so relaxing, listening to the ocean I something I don't think I would ever take for granted staying there!

If you love the ocean as much as we do, then this is the house to get!

This house is fantastic! I don't know where to start so I'll start from the ground up. Plenty of parking, outdoor shower is fantastic (great water pressure and view of the dunes), first floor bedrooms are all decent size with mattresses and pillows that look brand new, comforters are all washable and mostly new, bathrooms and closets galore, full size washer/dryer and utility sink, and of course the large deck complete with hot tub, hammock swing and relaxing view of the dunes and land behind the house... upstairs... is the most world's most comfortable couch that very comfortably seats 7 adults, great flat screen (no HD but who needs tv at the beach with these views), big dining table, kitchen with everything you could need to prepare whatever you want to eat or drink, one more bedroom with another big flat screen and equally new mattress etc, and again a fabulous deck space with seating for 10 and an incredible view of the ocean (almost panoramic), dunes, and reserve land behind the house (so nice not to have neighbors behind you and deer/bird watching was fun)... and upstairs again... a great game room with a big tv, wii, foosball, and another small deck where you can check out the surf before heading down to the beach or catch those awesome NC sunsets.

This property offers such amazing views of the ocean and dunes from almost anywhere in the house... an attribute not highlighted enough in the property description and reviews!! Everything about his house is convenient; it's the 4th house off the beach, there are outdoor hoses everywhere for easy cleanup, 2 minute drive to Harris Teeter, 5 minute drive to Food Lion and Corolla shops/restaurants, AC works great (although you can hear the ocean from anywhere in the house if it's off), no issues at all with the internet, linen service was great (hotel quality), and the owner is very courteous, respectful of privacy, and quick to respond to emails (never had any issues to call about!).

Finally, this house is perfect for dogs! My dog was instantly comfortable; I'm pretty sure she thought we moved and is not thrilled to be back home (me either!). We booked our 2 weeks for next year already, so I'm not that sad :)

This was our first trip to the Outer Banks and didn't know what to expect. To my surprise the house was exactelly as the pictures on the website

There were 8 people in our group and we had plenty of room to be together or have our own space. The living area is very cozy and the couch very comfy. The kitchen is very spacious the beds very comfortable and everything was clean.

It was great to have close access to the beach. We didn't have to pack alot of bags to schlep to the beach. We were able to go back to the house to eat or if we forgot something.

Location is great as you are very close to the supermarket and other activities in the area. We took the wild horse tour which was great and also rent wave runners

Greg was a pleasure to work with. He always answered our emails promptly and answered any our phone calls. I have no complaints about this rental.
