It's not HEAVEN, but close enough to be PARADISE!!!!

Built in 2004, Venetia is one of Venice's finest gated communities. This 1500 sq ft Villa has all of the comforts of HOME. All you need to bring are your clothes!

Beautifully decorated and in immaculate condition it has a large and private Master Bedroom with Queen Bed, en suite bath, ceiling fan and huge walk in closet.

The spacious Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed, large closet, ceiling fan flat screen TV and adjacent Full Bath.

The Kitchen is a cooks delight and has like new stove, double door refrig w/ice and water, dishwasher,microwave and disposal. Plenty of cupboards and counter space

The living room is very spacious with 10' ceilings, ceiling fan, couch and love seat each have recliners and a recliner chair for entertaining friends or viewing the 55' TV

Relax , read or enjoy your favorite beverage in the comfortable wicker love seat and chairs of the Lanai with sliding glass door , double windows and ceiling fan..

The Fam Rm/ Dining Area area has a 54' Glass top round table with 4 Wicker Arm chairs, computer desk and 32' HDTV with Xfinity Digital Set Top Box. Multiple storage areas and ceiling fan. It is adjacent to the open Kitchen and breakfast bar with 2 bar stools

Laundry room has stackable washer/dryer and utility sink.

There are his and hers Coaster bikes for your enjoyment.

60 Days of Bliss.
