By the Bay is a perfect location to get away from it all. Located just north of the village of Suttons Bay, this 3 bedroom 2-1/2 bath home is located on West Grand Traverse Bay. Picture-perfect views from every room in the house with stunning sunrise views. Just off the M-22 corridor, it is nestled at the bottom of a small hill and tucked in with tall trees. It is peaceful on this part of the lake. Relax by the water's edge and watch the boats go by or find nature at its best.
Inside the cottage, you will find it light and bright. Every window frames a beautiful view of the lake. Walk out from the main level to the deck. The house is nicely appointed with a full kitchen that includes a dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room. There is one bedroom on the main level with a queen bed and 2 bedrooms on the upper level that have a Queen in one and 2 Twin and a Queen in third bedroom. The living room features a flat panel TV. The dining area is adjacent to the living room. The kitchen area opens to the living room.
Outdoor dining. Charcoal grill. There is a sandy area right before the water. Some vegetation on the water/shoreline. Your well mannered pet is welcome. Just across the road is the north portion of the Leelanau Trail. Enjoy quiet beautiful walks along this cooridor. Weekly Fri-Fri. Short stays available. Located minutes to wineries, shopping, dining and more. The casino is a couple of minutes away. Traverse City is 19 miles with an easy drive south along M-22. Northport and Leland are also easy trips. Make sure to visit the local farm markets that are in each town. Throughout the summer there is always a festival going on.
