Luxurious recently remodeled home in the prestigious Movie Colony of Palm Springs. Very private and secure grounds with tall hedges and walls surrounding the property. Gated entry. Large solar heated salt water pool with Jacuzzi attached. Large entertaining patio area around the swimming pool with built in Barbecue. Much patio furniture for luxurious entertaining. The grounds surrounding the home include fountains and tropical plantings. This creates the feeling of an oasis in the desert.

Great property, very good location in movie colony and owners very accommodating.
We had a good time, walking around movie colony, walking and bike riding to Ruth Hardy Park and close to Palm Canyon, restaurants and stores.
House is fully equipped and we liked the pool and spa.
Nice grass and trees around property.
Also, allowed us to bring 2 small dogs.

Dear Charlie and David,
Thank you for allowing us to stay each year at your cozy "Villa." The beautiful warm desert weather and the pure mystique of Palm Springs has been a great setting for an annual trip for over 20 years, for myself and my four sisters and our mother. We have stayed at several different condos or houses but none seemed to be just right until we stumbled across your sprawling yet comfortable and cozy home in an advertisement. We knew right from the beginning that this is "our next stay". And sure enough no place has compared! Every time I look at the pictures it reminds me of all the fun we have there. As soon as we arrive each one of us will sigh in relief that here we are again and Oh Boy! There's plenty of room for all of us girls with all our stuff. We love cooking in the spacious kitchen and bring new recipes for fun drinks and great eating. Evening dinners on the patio, swimming in the luxurious pool and soaking in the luscious spa under the moonlight have captivated us. We barbeque and just play and relax and feel like this is our home away from home We also love the close proximity to the main town for shopping and dining. Located in "The Movie Colony" neighborhood provides intrigue and is nicely manicured and safe for early morning or late afternoon walks to the nearby park. We hope to continue to stay here year after year. Thanks for your hospitality!

My husband enjoyed our home away from home this past winter in Palm Springs. The rental is very nicely furnished, roomy, and comfortable. The private pool and adjoining hot tub are wonderful and much appreciated by us and visiting guests.

Our rental home is convienently located in the Uptown district of Palm Springs. Great restaurants and boutique shops within two blocks. Ruth Hardy park is also two blocks away, and another great area for walking.

The owners of this rental home were very friendly, available, and helpful with making our stay easily adaptible.

Charlie was absolutely wonderful to work with - he and David made our arrival as simple as it could be. The property was located close to shops/restaurants. The pool and yard are beautiful. The home is comfortable but a bit out-dated - this is the only reason we did not rate our overall experience as "excellent."

THANK YOU DAVID AND CHARLIE! WE HAVE BEEN ENJOYING OUR ANNUAL SISTER MAMA RETREAT IN PALM SPRINGS FOR 23 YEARS NOW. THIS IS OUR TIME FOR NURTURING AND LOVING EACH OTHER...NOT TO MENTION HAVING FUN! WE FOUND YOUR SPECIAL HOME THREE YEARS AGO AND NOW THERE IS NO OTHER PLACE WE WOULD RATHER BE. YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY AND OUR RETREAT IS NOW EVEN MORE PRECIOUS TO US. WE CAN VEG BY THE POOL...OR PREPARE FROU-FROU DRINKS IN THE KITCHEN TO ENJOY. WE NEVER EVEN HAVE TO LEAVE OUR SPECIAL NEST....CAN'T TELL YOU HOW MUCH WE APPRECIATE YOUR HOSPITALITY AND SHARING YOUR COMPANY FOR AN ANNUAL COCKTAIL BY THE POOL.
