About The Owner

The Owner purchased this house in 1999
Why The Owner chose San Antonio
I purchased my home on Goat Creek because it was centrally located inside Loop 1604 near Hwy 281. Major shopping centers, great restaurants, and entertainment venues, are only minutes away. Century old oak trees shade the yard where you can watch birds, squirrels in their native habitat. I have seen the elusive Mexican Green Jay and Red Birds galore. Let the squirrels entertain you with their antics, and listen to the cooing of morning doves, while still in the city.
What makes this house unique
The owner purchased the property in 1999 and has made many improvements. The air conditioned attached garage has been turned into a multipurpose room with a newly installed NordicTrack treadmill. Plenty of room for children to play, and has been used as a bunk house for grandchildren (bring your own sleeping bags).
Custom vertical blinds pulled back allows for panaramic view of the garden, hot tub and gazebo. Special lighting show off western art and the mementos of a retired rancher.
The master suite boasts custom-made cornice boards, night stand and a large armoire embellished with cowhide. The master bath has a large shower, separate bath tub and double sinks. Each bath has a spa quality terrycloth bath robe for guests and luxurious towels.
