This 2-bedroom retreat has a spacious living room with a 42-inch flat screen TV and DVD player, a comfy sofa, a chair, coffee table and ceiling fan.
The dining area has a table with seating for four, and bar stools so you can keep the chef company. The kitchen has granite countertops, a stainless steel sink, and white appliances. The refrigerator has an exterior water and ice dispenser, and the microwave is situated atop the electric range. The kitchen also has a dishwasher, pantry and tile floors. Adjacent to the kitchen is a half bath with a granite countertop single vanity. After dinner, wander out to the deck with a cocktail where you can enjoy the Gulf breeze and spectacular view. The dune grass growing out of the pristine quartz sand is gorgeous!
Heading upstairs, you’ll find a large bi-fold closet for storage. Around the corner is the master bedroom, which has a queen bed, two end tables with lamps, ceiling fan, a large bureau, 30-inch TV, small walk-in closet, ironing board and iron. The private bath has a single vanity with a granite countertop, and a walk in shower. The master bedroom also has a private balcony overlooking the Gulf with seating for two. The views from here are spectacular.
The second bedroom will be a hit with the kids and parents alike. Two sets of bunks and a 22-inch TV will keep them cozy and occupied when their day at the beach is done. The room has a ceiling fan, a bureau, lamp and a huge closet for additional storage. The bath is immediately around the corner from the room. It has a single vanity, granite countertops and a tub/shower combo.
A small briquette BBQ area is situated behind the building, on the opposite side of the Gulf. There is parking space available for two vehicles. Of course the beach access is just steps from your door. Scenic Highway 30A is just a quarter-mile away.
