There is a separate eat-in kitchen (can seat 6 at the dining table) and a washer and dryer. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second room, plus a pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room, so the apartment can sleep 6. There is a central bath with tub/shower. There is also a private master bath with a shower.
Our family has lovingly renovated this apartment to make it a unique and cozy atmosphere rather than something generic. It is fully stocked with supplies in the kitchen and bath as well as plenty of linens. Includes wireless internet (wifi) & cable TV. There is one flight of stairs to walk up to this second-floor apartment. The New York Times is delivered daily, so you will not need to leave home to enjoy the newspaper at breakfast every morning!

We have lived in New York for many years and the city still thrills us. We are happy to share our favorite city with others and can make suggestions for outings or activities that might suit your interests.

Why Elizabeth chose Upper West Side
We wanted to raise our children in a real neighborhood within Manhattan, and we found the Upper West Side to be the perfect combination of a residential environment with parks and local stores and also accessibility to the excitement of the city.
What makes this apartment unique
We enjoy having two full bathrooms and a washer/dryer in the apartment. And we have a separate eat-in kitchen large enough to sit 6 (or 8 with the table extension) at the table. There is custom woodworking that makes the apartment more warm and 'homey' than most city apartments. Also, both local and express subways stop at our local station, so you can get anywhere in the city very quickly. And as a special bonus: Free daily delivery of the New York Times! These benefits give a certain ease and convenience to staying here.
