Our air-conditioned condo is on the first floor of a four floor building. No stairs. The complex has its own swimming pool and hot tub. Shopping at the local supermarket is within a short walk. We have two units to choose from. The master bedroom in one unit has a king-size bed and an additional ceiling fan. The master bedroom in the second unit has a queen-size bed. This unit is closer to the pool. It also has unlimited long-distance telephone. The second bedroom in both units comprises twin beds. Beach towels and beach chairs available. We have grandkids so, if you have a small child traveling with you, we have a Pack n'Play (playpen bed) and Booster seat (portable high chair) available for your use. Close to beaches and golf. Lely Resort has two golf courses open to the public.

Lely Resort Golf & Country Club: Lely Resort Golf & Country Club is within 2 miles of Coral Falls. There are two golf courses open to the public. Flamingo Island has a 4 star rating by Golf Digest, designed by Robert Trent Jones. The Mustang course, highlighted by 12 lakes, was designed by Lee Trevino.

Two identical units in same complex: We also own an identical unit in the same condominium complex. This gives you the unique opportunity of choosing a particular unit or renting both units if you have friends who would like to join you on your vacation.

Coral Falls is conveniently located close to stores and banks. We deliberately chose ground floor apartments so that renters could avoid stairs. One of the apartments is adjacent to the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was within walking distance and we enjoyed the walking path. We especially liked being close to the pool and hearing the waterfall from the lanai. The people at the pool were all very friendly and we have met some great people. Thanks for everything.

Home away from home!

We had the most wonderful time. The overall feeling of comfort and quality when walking into the unit automatically makes you feel at home. The kitchen was great and the screened lanai was awesome; we sat in the lanai almost every night and I loved drinking my coffee there in the mornings. The location is great with so many neat places close by. It felt like a "home away from home".

We enjoyed our time at Coral Falls very much. The condo was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous and we enjoyed our walks every morning in the surrounding area.
