 Beautiful home with all granite exception to the 3rd floor, 3 floors:

       1st floor, garage for up to 6 cars, garden with terrace, sauna, outhouse, barbecue area all in luxury shower with 2 sinks, stove cooktop, dishwasher, access to the 2nd floor leading to the pool and games room still on the 1st floor, dining room with fully furnished kitchen wares electro domestic, 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans, (with 1 double and one with bunk) bathroom.

       2nd Floor: TV room, bathroom and reversible room suite, 1 bedroom suite, games room with bathroom, a bar, swimming pool, panoramic views across the lagoon and the sea.

       3rd Floor: luxury suite overlooking the sea, pool and pond, very broad, with desks, closet, bathroom with sea view and pool. House fully equipped, sleeps 12 people comfortably.

Reveillon: The house overlooks the fireworks from the beach of Forte.

Visiting Buzios: The town of Buzios is very well attended by its tourist attractions and beautiful beaches that are there.

Being just 35 km from the city of Cabo Frio.

It is ideal for evening out to young people on duty.

Excellent property! Perfectly located, overlooking the sea and the lagoon, paved street, good neighborhood pond ideal for recreational fishing. More or less about 50 steps to the most beautiful beach of Cabo Frio, beach great for those who want to enjoy with family disliking crowds.

For those who like a little more hectic, we have the same extension the most famous beach of Cabo Frio: 'Praia do Forte' may go walking by the beach, or if you prefer to drive with only 8 to 10 extra minutes to beach or city ??center, where they will meet the Boardwalk Gamboa (famous Street of bikinis)

We also beside the famous city of Arraial Cape, with its beautiful beaches where you can do great boating, diving and why not? Since we are this side of the diving capital 'Arraial Cape'. I suggest knowing the Forno, which is wonderful and the Blue Grotto, here in our country have not seen anything like it. All this and much more here this side of rocket.
