Nestled in a private beach side neighborhood off scenic Highway 98, Sandpiper is the perfect getaway for those looking for a relaxing beach vacation. Our guests have full access to a beautiful private beach along the world famous Emerald Coast, which offers crystal clear waters and sugar white sands.

Our gulf view home is only a short walk (a mere 80 feet!) from the beach where you can spend sun-filled days with family and friends. This two-story home offers a beach deck and private balcony where you can relax and enjoy the lovely water views. Your stress will melt away as you listen to the ocean waves and feel the warm Gulf breeze.

With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, the Sandpiper is sure to please! The first floor includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with incredible gulf views of the beach. The living area opens onto a lovely beach deck. Sip early morning coffees and evening beverages while enjoying breath-taking ocean views. The first floor also features a master bedroom suite with flat screen television, Jacuzzi bathtub, full shower, spacious walk-in closet and private cozy outdoor veranda overlooking a private pool (13' X 23' unheated). An added bonus to the first floor is an office nook designated for Internet and PC activities (Internet can be accessed throughout Sandpiper due to high-speed WiFi functionality).

On the second floor, there are two bedrooms (king and queen size beds) with two respective bathrooms. Both bedrooms have access to a private balcony. Start and end your days with spectacular sunrise and sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico.

Sandpiper is located on a quiet, private road which makes it ideal for young families. It is also a “stone throw’s away” from the best local golfing, fishing, dining and shopping, including the Village of Baytowne Wharf and Silver Sands Factory Stores.

Great house! Great location!

Very clean, well maintained home! The owners were very responsive and quickly fixed a small problem while there without any interruption for us. Location was incredible as described--so close to a VERY beautiful beach and great restaurants and shopping. We did venture out to Santa Rosa beach and found a great restauant called Stinkey's. It was anything but! Great food and drinks--must try the bloody mary.
Best I've had!! We love Destin and plan to get back there again soon!

Location, views, beach steps away, fully stocked home with fun pool

We just returned from a week long stay at Sandpiper. This house was perfect for our family of 5 with three children. You are literally a few steps from the beach. We all enjoyed the private swimming pool as well, often jumping in after a trip to the beach. The house is so comfortable with three bedrooms and three full baths and a private swimming pool. We could hit the beach any time we wanted as well as look out the windows to see stunning beach views. The house is clean, cozy, fully stocked, and a great home base for your family. LOCATION IS AWESOME. Miramar Beach is a great location to go West to Destin Harbor, Okaloosa, Fisherman's Wharf, etc. It is very easy to go east to Santa Rosa, Seaside, Watercolor, etc. Traffic was very busy this week so being in a central location was important. House is stocked so well with foil, seasonings, all kitchen items, beach toys, and even a plethora of books for kids and grownups. Our five year old read all the kids' books. We will rent here again next time we visit the Destin area. Loved it! Thank you Caroline and Paul!

My favorite vacation ever!

This is a slice of paradise people! House is so beautiful, we were very comfortable. Everything was so very clean and so well stocked. My kids, husband and I loved the private pool. Beach is gorgeous, as is the view from the house. We will hopefully be coming back every year. Caroline and Paul are wonderful people. It was a pleasure to meet them. Thank you both for sharing your home with us. See you next year!

Sheer paradise

Absolutely wonderful place! I'm writing the review from the house. Caroline was amzing to work with from the 1st e-mail I sent her. We arrived at the place and it far exceed our expectations. I brought a few extra things I knew we would need....but Caroline beat me too it. The place was equipped with everything extra I brought plus more....variety of books, detergeant, dishwashing liquid, overstuffed kitchen with all the spices you need...she even had birthday candles...I love it!!
You will thoroughly enjoy the view and the sounds of the ocean. You'll feel special as it seemed this was the only home that has a garage rather than carport....excellent protection for your car from the salt air.

The only problem I had was deciding which room to sleep in...all have fantastic views and amenities!!

Best kept Secret!

I am not sure why a review has not been written on this property, unless everyone who stayed here wanted to keep it a secret! My family and I just returned from our vacation and had a wonderful time! Caroline was wonderful and easy to work with, The house was clean, and everything was easy to find and also marked for convience! The view from the house was fabulous, and the access to the beach was easy and safe! My kids loved the pool too, we all did actually! It is located in a great area. Far enough away from the crowed beaches, but only about 4 miles from Destin and all the great Resturants, and activities. We started talking about our next trip while we were still there! Thanks again for opening up your home to us, what a great trip!!
