The bedrooms are all on the first floor, with the exception of the bedroom with 3 twin beds, which makes up the 2nd floor along with a sitting area.
On the first floor, two of the bedrooms face out toward the neighborhood. The first has a queen bed and the second has a king bed. They each have a TV, and share a bathroom. The next two bedrooms face toward the pool and can both be considered master bedrooms, with a king in each and their own private bathrooms.
