LUXURY E CORNER W/WRAP-BALCONY - JUNE 4 (4NTS) NOW AVAILABLE!

Having stayed at in this condo unit several winters, we're always eager to see what improvements and updates we'll find, year after year. My husband especially likes the recliner (great for both intended and unintended naps!), and I've appreciated the option of the Keurig coffeemaker as well as the Ninja blender! Switching the double bed in the third bedroom for a queen makes this unit a lot more versatile and more able to accommodate the tall members of our family. The Lighthouse offers some nice amenities, like the indoor pool and the workout room, and this unit is one of the nicest we've seen; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it! Gail (the owner's agent) has been very personable and easy to work with, too. There aren't many area restaurants we haven't tried over the years; there certainly is a huge variety, both here in Gulf Shores as well as in nearby Orange Beach. Some of our favorites are Ginny Lane at the Wharf (outstanding shrimp & artichoke bisque), Live Bait, Cosmo's, and Cobalt (try their bread pudding!)

This unit was amazing! Plenty of room for the eight of us. We cook a lot of seafood when we go to the beach so I brought some large pots and pans with us because sometimes "fully stocked kitchen" isn't really the case; but this one was really fully stocked. Large pots for steaming shrimp, good size skillets and plenty of utensils. The balcony was huge and one of our favorite places to hang out. The beds and furniture were very comfy and the decor was nice. (None of those annoying teals or corals that a lot of beach condos have.) I was also impressed with the security of the Lighthouse. With three young teenagers, it was a comforting thing. I never really talked to the owners or managers, but the emails were always nice and the ads that you see for this place are true; no misleading pictures or descriptions. Anyway, it was very nice and we hope to be able to come back soon! Thanks

WOW! What a fantastic week we had in this condo. It was awesome! We met up with my husbands sisters and their husbands. There was plenty of room in this beautiful condo, we all were very comfortable. 1201 will be my "go to" condo when i need three bedrooms. The balcony was the most spacious of any condo we stayed in, I got beautiful pictures of the sunrise from the balcony. I highly recommend this one to anyone who wants a relaxing, stress free vacation. Gail was extremely helpful, easy to work with and to contact. The only problem I had was I had to leave, I could have easily stayed for a month! We have stayed in other buildings and really like The Lighthouse best of any of them. The kitchen was fully stocked, the master bed and bath was spacious and comfortable, the elevator was quicker than any I've used.
The listing description and pictures were accurate, it was clean and well maintained.
Bahama Bobs is our favorite place to eat, Lester's is great, Sea and Suds is also good and in walking distance.
