Comfortable and relaxing

This modest home is just a 5 minute walk to the soft, sandy beach. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The owners are extremely nice, great with communicating and they left a very helpful book of places to eat, things to do, places to golf. They also provide beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas and children's beach toys, if you need them. The wood floors are well kept and don't creak despite the high humidity.
The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood about a mile north of Flagler Ave. which is the main shopping area in New Smyrna Beach. You can see people walking, running, riding bikes or mopeds. The beach is not crowded at all and the cars driving on the beach are few and driving at the posted 10 mph speed limit. There's plenty to do if want (Disney, Universal, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona International Speedway) or you can relax in the quiet New Smyrna Beach lifestyle.
My son, an air traffic controller, enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere and totally forget about his job. Not something easily done!
