Florida Villa Aida (completion in June 2005) has been built in the south-western part of Cape Coral in one of the most attractive areas in direct neighbourhood of the luxurious yachting area 'Cape Harbour'. In absolutely quiet western exposure the property is located on a wide canal, which allows you a quick and direct access to the gulf of Mexico with its beautiful islands like Sanibel Island or Captiva Island. Villa Aida offers you 2300 sqft air-conditioned living area, 34 ft. large pool with 2 fountains, Whirlpool / Spa with waterfall, 405 sq ft patio and plenty of space for sun chairs on the pool deck, western exposure at an extra-wide canal with boat-dock and lift(10,000lb). Our new (Sept 2007) Four Winns Horizon 260 power boat with a Volvo Penta 5.7l and 320 HP can be rented separately. Our vacation home is equipped with all amenities and offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for up to 6 persons.

Cape Coral has been founded in 1957. Today it offers you on round about 120 square miles more than 400 miles canals. Instead of skyscrapers you’ll find nice and comfortable villas with pools and boat docks, palms and the whole year blooming plants. Everything is embellished on a grand scale and is away from busy highways. Nevertheless you can reach supermarkets in minutes, where some of them are opened around the clock. Despite it’s rapid growth, Cape Coral has maintained the flair of a little town. The criminal rate is the lowest to comparable towns in the US, which contributes to the high quality of life. You have the opportunity - starting at your villa - to drive with a boat to the Caloosahatchee River and to the Gulf of Mexico and discover beaches, which you only can reach by boat.

Hallo,

wir waren 17 Tage im August 2007 in diesem Haus und wir können nur sagen, dass es ein Traum ist. Es ist sauber, super gelegen und klasse aufgeteilt. Wir waren zwar nur mit 4 Leuten dort aber auch mit 6 Personen oder sogar noch Kindern dabei wäre es kein Problem gewesen.

Es sind sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Gegend und alles was man dort kauft, kann man im Haus wunderbar zubereiten.

Dank einer perfekt eingerichteten Küche und einem Traumgrill!!!

Die ganze Vorbereitung und Übergabe des Objektes funktionierte perfekt! Vor Ort wurden wir wunderbar empfangen und super betreut.

Wir können jedem nur raten, diesen Traum nach zu leben.

Ein Besuch bei "Rib City" oder "Rump Runners" kann man auch nur empfehlen!!!

Waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder 11&12 Jahre!
Sehr gute Ausstattung, genügend Platz . sehr Sauber und tolle Einrichtung
Alles in allem ein Traumhaus

Einen superschönen Jahreswechsel 2007/2008 haben wir in dieser tollen Villa erlebt. Alles war perfekt, sauber und wunderschön vorallem geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Sehr netter und freundlicher Kontakt. Wir kommen auf jedenfall in diese tolle Villa zurück und freuen uns drauf.

Wir waren bereits drei mal in diesem Feriendomizil und jedesmal total begeistert.
Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die gezeigten Bilder entsprechen absolut der Realität.
Owner's Response: Ein wiederkehrender Gast ist die beste Referenz für Neukunden. Wir sind stolz, mittlerweile einige Stammkunden gewonnen zu haben.

Sehr gut ausgestattet. Geräumig Super pool und whirl-pool. Viel Platz auch für mehrere Personen. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Schöne Lage, auch ruhig. Angaben im Inserat waren super. Alles sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Wir empfehlen es weiter. Die Bootsfahrt war auch klasse.

Informationsbroschüre im Haus war sehr informativ.
Owner's Response: Wer, wie diese Gäste, nicht selbst das Boot mieten möchte, kann auch unseren Bootsservice für Tagesausflüge engagieren. Auf jeden Fall auch für die "Non-Boater" empfehlenswert.
