Ground floor entry is via the front verandah through to the lounge area, dining room, modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and iPod doc and internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. Bi-fold doors open off the kitchen to the outdoor courtyard and off street parking space. The dining room has reverse cycle air conditioning and seats six. The lounge room is beautifully furnished and includes a sofa bed, flat screen LCD TV and DVD player. This level also has a family bathroom (with bath) and a single bedroom with trundle and built in wardrobe.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom followed by a queen sized bedroom with en-suite. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes and reverse cycle air-conditioning.
Free local calls are included in your stay and internet access is included also (fair use policy applies).
We welcome families with children and supply a portacot, highchair and games for your convenience.
Frequent buses to city: 100m walk to bus stop. Approx 9 mins travel time
Shopping and great coffee: 3 mins walk from rear of property
Linen is provided as well as basic items including some cleaning products, soap and toilet paper... It is the guests' responsibility to purchase their own supplies once these have run out.
Parking for one car is available and is off street - note: this will not fit very large 4WDs or minivans. House has interior and exterior stairs and does not have wheelchair access. This property is strictly non-smoking.
Bedding is Q, D, S, S (trundle), sofa bed and this property is set up for a maximum of 8, no more than 6 adults in group. For over 6 persons and/or use of the sofa bed, an extra charge of $50 per stay applies.
